It was comfortable and close to the beach. Pool was small but refreshing. Listing says there is AC in the rooms but there is not.
Really enjoyed our stay here overall. It’s relaxed and very chill so perfect if you’re looking to chill and surf. The pool area is a highlight and perfect for cooling off and it’s extremely hot during the day, and the kitchen is well set up and has all the basics you need to make cooking easy. Amazing hostel. Great price, clean, fosters community, the pool works, and it’s a close walk to restaurants and the local markets. I was only going to stay for a few nights but ended up staying for two weeks!!
Aloha Bungalows, very Nice Pool, good kitchen, dorms are good, good bathroom, very close to the Beach and to Supermarket
It said it has air conditioning, it doesn't in the tee pee and is very hot at night with a very small fan that you don't feel. Then you're tired through out the day and there isn't any soft seating or hammocks to relax in unless you are in a dorm or larger bungalow with ensuite. This was misleading unfortunately
Alors, hostel top pour sa piscine, très proche de la plage et pas loin d'un petit supermarché. Mais il n'y avait JAMAIS personne à la réception. Donc pas de possibilité d'acheter des bières ou de demander quoi que ce soit d'autres comme location de scooter ou autre. Une amie à moi a dû faire le check in PAR TÉLÉPHONE et le personnel n'était pas agréable. Prévoyez du cash parce que vous ne pourrez pas payer plus tard et il n'y a pas d'ATM.
Loved our stay at Aloha. Pool was lovely for relaxing after the beach. Kitchen was clean and have everything you need, also close to the grocery store and 10mins walk from 2 different surf breaks. Large dining area to chill/play pool. Wasn’t super busy when we were there.

The hostel was really beautiful, with a pool, a chill area, a billiard table, and an outdoor space that gave off a nice island vibe. The rooms were clean and in good condition as well. Unfortunately, there were very few people around, even though the chill area had great potential for fun, social evenings. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away, but there isn’t much else to do in the area, and the two nearby supermarkets are very expensive. The staff also came across as rather neutral.
good overall, the kitchen could use more cleaning supplies. the staff wasnt really around during the day but there is security overnight. well equipped market a block away from the hostel, and the AC was a life saver to have a good nights sleep
Nice, clean, friendly people, and market near by and good surf well worth the value.
The place itself is great, lovely pool. But there’s absolutely nothing happening around this area and no where to get food. grocery store up the road is also severely overpriced. We had to continuously take toilet paper from the communal toilet. The wifi also doesn’t work, they’ve got 5 different ones and none have internet. The beds also have springs pretty much coming out of them. Good place to relax, max 2 nights. Dorms are still quite hot with aircon, need a couple fans for a comfy Sle...
Apart from someone stealing some of our food (and other peoples), I thought this place was really nice. It does have more of a resort vibe than a hostel, and I think a few additions would make this place much more atmospheric and hostel vibes; - somewhere comfy to sit / beanbags - Personal lights + a shelf + curtains for the dorm beds - Someone on the reception / someone working the bar as there was rarely anyone around - Masking tape to label stuff in fridge - Matches / lighter for the stove
This is a beautiful property, in close proximity to shops and the beach. I would recommend bringing groceries if you plan to cook as the food shops are extortionate. Kitchen is well equipped and it would be nice if there were deckchairs by the pool. The staff are really lovely. Was awoken to renovation work going on by my head and the cleaner in our bedroom at 8am on 2 days :/ it is very quiet so if you need lots of entertainment, maybe this isn’t the place for you!
The place wasn’t clean and the staff did nothing to help/didn’t care when another guest was making me extremely uncomfortable
Very pretty hostel with good places to relax and tan. No socialising at all. Staff were good when they were there, but very absent. Close to a supermarket and to the beach, but not near much else. Kitchen is great but can get very busy as everywhere to eat around the hostel is very expensive so everybody cooks.

Such a nice hostel to relax! Super clean and comfy dorms. A very quiet hostel but this isn’t a bad thing. Well equipped kitchen and lovely pool area
I really enjoyed my stay there! The facility is great and in a good location close to the supermarkets, surf shops and restaurants. The receptionist was super friendly and all the cats were cute. If they would organize some social activities for the guests, the hostel could be 10/10.
Pablo and Marta's place is excellent and their hospitality is appreciated. Aloha Bungalows is close to the beach and a relatively short walk to restaurants.
