Shanti Hostel Pisac

I’m not usually one to complain about noise in hostels, but this hostel was ridiculously loud all night long. Not only does sound amplify because of the architecture and the quality of the rooms, but I never saw quiet hours listed anywhere. On top of that, when I brought this concern up to an employee, she showed no care or restoration. The staff are pretentious and are more absorbed with their cliquey hostel culture than caring for their guests. My mattress was in desperate need of replacemen...

Great stay, fantastic helpful staff and brilliant atmosphere; everyone super friendly and great communal spaces. Only drawback is our room could’ve had shower mat/ hand towel. Otherwise faultless. Would definitely recommend

Me senti muito acolhida e segura no hostel, pessoas incríveis e simpáticas, além de ser muito confortável e com uma localização imbatível. Recomendo a todos. Não é um hostel de festa, mas possui atividades para os hóspedes,oquee é justamente o que eu estava procurando: uma noite de sono tranquila, mas também não ficar no tédio. A vibe e a vista do terraço são incríveis.

Thinks you should know: everything is in Hebrew and neither English nor Spanish translation, from the menu to the information WhatsApp group and so on. The rooftop is a construction site and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. We didn’t have water one day and no electricity or WiFi the other day. I would stay here again.
