Amazing staff, truly helpful all the way throughout, easy process, great family atmosphere making it easy to meet people and make friends.

I had the best stay of my entire trip. There are plenty of places to chill, and the staff is fantastic. I really enjoyed the Vietnamese lessons, even though Giang almost took my breakfast away because I couldn't pronounce the words correctly. Overall, I was very happy with the hostel. I would definitely go back.

Had such an amazing stay here! This honestly felt less like a hostel and more like being welcomed into a big family. The whole family running the place is incredibly kind, caring, and always makes sure you feel comfortable and included. What really made this place special were the social activities every evening. There was always something fun going on, from Vietnamese language classes to karaoke nights and other group activities, which made it so easy to meet people.

This place is amazing, I wish I could've stayed longer. The hosts are extremely kind and friendly, especially Giang, who knows all the tours in the area. They have events every few days, including family dinners, games nights, and even vietnamese language lessons. A great place to relax, unwind, and meet people without too much partying. Private room was very large, clean, and comfy. Common areas are great and have a beautiful view of the surrounding country. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic hostel and homestay One of the best hostels I've stayed at in Vietnam, I wish I could have stayed longer. Even before I arrived Linh (the manager) contacted me to say how happy they were to have me, and even helped me to arrange activities and tours based on what I wanted to do in Phong Nha. Amazing stay in Phong Nha! We spent 3 nights here and had the best time. Linh, Ha Giang and the team are incredibly kind and welcoming. Great free breakfast, huge clean beds, and lots of common areas with games. The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature and close to the river. We even joined a Vietnamese lesson! They also offer bikes, sup and activities to explore the area and caves. You can really feel how much they care about guests. Highly recommend, would definitely come back! ❤️

The best hostel I have ever been to. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and helped me book tours and buses. They even gave me tips on what to do at other places I’m going to. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are several common spaces to relax and hangout. The communal nightly dinner and organised activities each night make it very easy to meet people. Overall could not recommend more and will definitely be back

The team at Green Riverside Cosy home were all excellent at helping me with anything I needed. They helped me book busses, activities and even gave restaurant recommendations. The hostel helped me as a solo traveller feel comfortable and safe. I Would highly recommend this hostel to others who prefer a more relaxed and communal style to the party hostels.

This family run Hostel is a gem! The facilities are extremely clean and the service is outstanding. I arrived at 5am and even though the check-in is at 14h they provided me with a temporary bed for a very needed nap. Ms Linh the owner has been working in the tourism sector for several years and provides the best recommendations to ensure you the stay in Phong Nha.

Great place to stay. Pooltable up top, family dinner, really nice people as welk, they help you with everything. Renting a motorbike, towel for a shower after I checked out already and replace my nights stay for free to 1 day later when i decided to book the 2d1n cave tour

Best hostel so far in Vietnam. Was able to check in at 3am because of sleeper bus from Ninh Binh. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and helped with all the bookings for cheaper prices. Bedrooms were clean, food was delicious. Upstairs had a great hang out area with a pool table and bean bags with amazing views. The family dinners meant you could meet more people too. Bikes and scooters were super easy and cheap to rent. Overall amazing experience 😁

I loved staying here. The host was so helpful and made sure to take care of everyone, really making me feel like part of the home. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the homestay made it easy to meet new people. The place and the rooms were clean, and the food was great.
