Central Backpackers Hostel - Phong Nha

Really nice hostel with a beautiful pool area, events each evening, and in a good location. Staff at reception are so lovely and remember everyone by name. Can rent bikes for a really good price.

It’s « Central » backpackers for a reason. Every bus and excursion start from there. They have a really good free breakfast, amazing location with the garden pool, good restaurant (not the best western food but ok). The beds are really comfy! I don’t personally like bathrooms in the room because it creates rush hour but they have some downstairs (4 flights of stairs so a bit far for a shower). Also my charging port wasn’t working properly. But apart from that i would recommend ++

Super hostel! Eigenaar nam ruim de tijd om Ho Chi Minh door te nemen en daarnaast ook nog te kijken hoe ik mijn route door Vietnam kon doen! Erg aardig!! Niet een mega sociaal hostel, maar zeker wel een aanrader!

It is a nice hostel. For me it was a bit to busy at the general areas. But the staff is the sweetest and helped me really well when i had some problems. And overall there is nice traveling vibe

This place was one of the best hostels in Vietnam for me. I absolutely LOVED it here! The view alone was enough to make me want to stay there for years! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean too. Free beer hour is amazing too! I really recommend doing the tours they offer here, great value for money and you are able to make friends staying at the hostel. Phong Nha was one of my favourite parts in Vietnam, couldn’t recommend it more!

The staff was lovely and they did everything! The facilities are alright. Sadly I got food poisoning here and my roommate had bed bugs. I guess I was just unlucky!

Great value and well located hostel. Also, great breakfast. I wish the dorms had more showers or toilets, though, as a queue frequently built up.

A great hostel in a beautiful location

Great hostel and can be as social as you want it to be. Dorms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely every morning and they cook you your own choice of eggs. Bar and restaurant are also very reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful.

To be honest, thanks to this hostel my first experience in Vietnam was amazing. From arrival to departure I felt completely at ease and at home. You get so much value for your money! The beds are super comfy, showers are great, the kitchen and food are delicious, and the free breakfast is incredible – best I’ve ever had. Lovely pool, outdoor lounge, pool table, table tennis… you name it! The staff is fantastic, everyone is so friendly and kind. Host Ann is wonderful. Big 10/10 ❤️❤�...

Great all around, stay here if in phong nha

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Hostel had a really good vibe. Good food. Very helpful at booking buses and recommendations. Felt very clean. Showers were amazing! When you stay here if you book another hostel in the chain you get 20% off buffalo in ninh binh which is great. Highly reccomend

Loved this hostel. Super convenient that the bus drops you off outside and reception is 24 hrs. They have the best sweet and sour chicken over had in my life
