+ Plenty of room and equipment in the kitchen

- No chair in the room. Bathrooms were busy due to the number of guests.

+ Loved the kitchen/our door area.

- Very noisy early in the morning when the workers left. Inconsiderate. Showers not hygienic.

+ Spacious and good facilities

+ Good kitchen, bath was ok, there were some stuff to use for entertainment like billiard, darts,…

- It was ok, but nothing special

+ A very cheap hostel for two nights. The showers were warm. It has a very nice cafe close by where you can have brunch

- The room was quite warm and small. The bed mattress felt like a sponge, and I got some back pain. The fan in the room was quite noisy, so we didn't use it. The bathroom was a bit smelly and not very clean

+ What a wonderful surprise Happy Apple Backpackers was. Great staff, good room, clean spacious kitchen, plentiful showers, an excellent outdoor areas, off street parking and a great cafe next door. The only thing I wasn’t fussed on was the oversoft mattress, - but which others may prefer. Maybe time for a new one?

+ - Close to venue where we needed to be - Value for money

- - Awareness of cockroaches coming in thru open window/s.. it freaked my daughter and mokopuna out when we saw cockroache/s in our room - Availability of proprietors at their office .. we couldnt pay early.. we went to our hui 6.30am and returned 10pm the 2 nights we stayed there. - Because of our times at Te Awhina Marae .. we couldnt / didnt see anyone until last night - I couldnt use the money card i had in BPacker Eftpos machine so had to rely on someone else to pay for my/our stay

+ La proximité avec le parc Abel Tasman, le grand jardin avec trampoline, tables de ping pong, filet de volet, canapé extérieurs

- La cuisine n est pas très propre ( beaucoup de vaisselle non rangée car les torchons n essuient pas ), la chambre sentait le renfermé et les draps étaient pas propres ainsi que les matelas trop mous

+ Grosse gedeckte Sitzfläche im Freien. Grosser Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch. Grosse Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Ausreichend Kühlschränke und sogar Gefrierschrank.
