Não possui as comodidades que diz que tem, o horario de check-in e check-out são fora de mão, fica dificil caso o voo chegue fora dos horarios, vai dormir na rua ou pagar extra para o check-in. Para quem ganha em dolar e pode pagar por taxi, não é ruim , mas é possivel achar melhor. No mais foi uma hospedagem para dormir. possui A/C, poucas tomadas no quarto. São seletivos com quem pode entrar isso é positivo, não deixam qualquer um entrar no Hostel.

Testing. Testing., I'm having a great time at this hostel. With private rooms. And mixed. Beds., it was. About 5km from the airport., There are busses, but I had a lot of luggage., I will be staying for a longer period of time because I really like the location and being able to walk by many restaurants. And then getting to the beach.. Last night I saw. Lots of stores selling swimsuits and swim gear, The beach was. Not busy ,and you could sit anywhere you wanted., Highly recommended.

Para empezar,check-in a las 16:00pm me parece mal, yo llegué a las 09:30 al lugar y nadie me contestó, ni siquiera para decir: vete, contesto mensajes de huéspedes en más de 6 horas, aproveché el tiempo para ir a la playa, pero me hubiese gustado que haya empatía con la señora que atiende el hostel.Cobran 100 dólares de seguro, pero eso en hostelword no lo aclaran tampoco.El check-out es a las 10:00,yo tenía que irme antes pero NO, SOLAMENTE a las 10.El lugar es lindo,pero no vale 145 U...

I’ve found that Aruba just isn’t really hostel friendly, it would make more sense to rent an Airbnb closer to the beach as this hostel is extremely far from everything and figuring out public transportation is confusing. We also had to pay a $100 deposit which I’ve never had to do for a hostel before. The property was nice, but there were strict rules and we had to ask for the AC to be turned on in the room.

You need a taxi or car to get anywhere because it's too far to walk to any of the good beaches. The rooms were clean, but the staff was hard to reach and extremely rude. Check-in and check-out was the hardest times to reach them, and I ended up having to wait for extremely long periods of times for them to show up during the allotted times with no apology. They didn't have toilet paper in the bathroom for the first two days. I booked a private deluxe ensuite. They gave me a dorm room with two bunk beds and a double bed. The double bed squeaked sharply anytime it was touched. It was unusable. I went to reception multiple times and no one was there. I gave them 48 hours notice that I was moving locations but they would not refund me any money. When I walked around the neighborhood, there were stray dogs that barked and acted aggressive...

Lugar bem limpo e com tudo perto, mercado, restaurante, facilidades. Bárbara é boa anfitriã, bem direta e comunicativa. Tem algumas atitudes reprováveis como, desligar a energia para que não seja utilizado o ar condicionado após as 9h am. Mas o pessoal é super comunicativo e limpo. A cama balançava muito, não era firme parecia que ia cair mas era confortável.

My room had no lock. The slider was very difficult to open. The bathroom had no paper towels. One toilet was broken. I stayed one night and left.

It's a nice place with good common area and pool. Unfortunately I felt like the staff didn't care about guests wellbeing at all. They really really want you to obey all the rules and just keep quiet, it's not about sincere friendlynes.You won't be granted a single favour unless you pay extra or threat to leave. The payment/price is often intransparent, so double check. There is no space to cook! Just microwave etc. That being said it's still the cheapest on the island so praise the free market.

No instructions on checking out I had to leave and she doesn’t open up the office till nine so I just left the key in the mailbox I had $15 I left on purpose in my backpack when I got back it was gone I was in the shed room so so much for that I was smart enough to set that as I got to see I would never stay in the dorm room again I was the only one that wasn’t snoring lol the host is very nice when your media and then you never see her again once she gets the money

The place have a lot of potential. We had to buy ower own lock to feel safer in the room. We had to clean the shower and the kitchen by ourselves. It is kind of far if you don't have a car. Go to Eagle beach, which is one of the bests beaches, is one hour and fifteen minutes walking. If you go knowing all this things you will be okay. There is a supermarket very near from there and an ATM to take cash. Which is a good thing.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My frnd & I bkd in hopes of meeting people. When we arvd, host was not on site. We wtd for 1 hr for her to arrive. We then decided to to stay @ diff location, as we felt uncomfortable. When we told host we were thinking about staying somewhere else, she was very rude and kicked us out to streets. She told us we were supposed to let her kno when our flight arrived as she “can’t wait around all day for ppl to arrive”. No where did it say to inform her of flight arrvl.

La propiedad decidió cancelar mi reserva el mismo día q llegabamos, cuando llegamos a la propuedad nos ofrecieron una habitación compartida (la nuestra era privada) y más costosa. La dueña del lugar fue muy grosera haciendonos sentir humillados y practicamente expulsandonos por no querer acceder a sus abusos. En el otro lugar q encontramos de ultima hora nos dijeron que es repetitivo este comportamiento de la dueña de ese hostel. Muy mala experiencia.

They canceled my reservation less than 1 week out. I ended up having to book something else last minute and therefore at a high price. Extremely inconsiderate, I will reconsider using Hostelworld.

Henk went above and beyond as host. One of the nicest experiences I’ve had in a hostel. I highly recommend this hostel.

Great place! Loved the atmosphere! Would definitely stay here again.

Ashley was very nice with us but where the hotel was located I did not like it far from everything , When the full payment was made, he did not give me the change and later he charged me much more for breakfast and snacks. Personally, not being professional.
