Liebevolle Gastgeber! Hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön! Bäder wurden gereinigt allerdings liessen die Türen sich nicht abschließen. Warmwasserversorgung war eher bescheiden. Die Küche könnte strukturierter sein. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen.

Un hostel genial! Con una cocina espaciosa y muy equipada. Valeria y Claudio son geniales y muy acogedores, te ayudan en todo. 100% recomendamos este hostel!

We had a wonderful stay. Valeria and her husband were extremely kind and welcoming and made us feel completely at home. The bedrooms are very large and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking

Comfortable place. There were no other guests while we were there so it’s hard to comment on the atmosphere. Kitchen had the bare essentials tho could use some new knives and silverware. The entrance is not actually where the address will bring you on google maps (even tho the door says reception on it) the entrance is actually on the opposite side/parallel street to where google maps will bring you. Good location within walking distance of everything. Host was nice

Rien à redire concernant l'accueil, nous avons été très bien reçu, notre hôte était très charmante et souriante. Malheureusement la chambre était assez décevante, terne, et nécessiterait un gros rafraîchissement tout comme les salles de bain. L'emplacement n'est pas optimal à mon sens. Nous étions proche du centre mais avons rencontré des hommes peu recommandables à la tombée de la nuit. L'auberge offre un petit déjeuner assez sommaire. Mon sentiment général, je m'attendais �...

Excellent Hostel! The hosts are the nicest and friendliest people! Gave a lot of information regarding the treks, restaurants and attractions in El Bolson. Great location, hot water, universal sockets, accessorised kitchen and nice common area. Highly recommended!

We had the best stay here! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We booked for one night in a private room and got in very late, Valeria let us in at 3am and kindly gave us a late check out. We ended up coming back for 2 more nights and we stayed in one of the cabins. It was cosy, comfortable and a great location near to the town centre and the bus station. If anyone is looking to stay here, I would highly recommend, the owners will make you feel so welcome. Thank you both!

We really loved our stay in El bolson. Valeria (the owner) is an absolute angel! My girlfriend was unfortunately a bit unwell whilst there and she let us keep extending our stay until she felt better with no issues. Nothing was trouble to her, she was kind, friendly, SO welcoming! Comfy beds, great location! We’d go back in a heartbeat!xxx

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad hier! De bedden waren comfortabel, de kamer was groot en de hosts waren ongelooflijk vriendelijk. We gingen met een knuffel en een grote lach op ons gezicht weer weg.

Valeria is very nice & responsive, and it's close to the centre, but the rest of our stay was disappointing as we expected more out of a place with an overall 10 star review. When we arrived for checkin no one was there to let us in, wifi was out most of the 2nd evening, bathrooms don't lock, had to ask for standard things like toilet paper, hand soap, dish sponge. Sheets & duvet could be cleaner, kitchen equipment was low quality, toilet did not flush well. Overall an ok place but not amazing

Thank you Valerie and Claudio for the most amazing stay in El Bolson. We were blown away by how kind and generous our hosts were here, going completely out of their way to help us more than once! The location is great, a short walk to the main area of El Bolson. The property offers a delicious breakfast, a really nice kitchen with spacious bedrooms and big, clean bathrooms. We cannot recommend this stay enough.

Das wichtigste mir zu sagen ist, dass die Herzlichkeit wie wir empfangen worden sind wunderbar war. Rund um die Uhr konnten wir Fragen stellen und wir erhielten auch tolle Empfehlungen! Toller Aufenthalt für uns!

Llegue y no tenian lugar, no respetaron mi reserva ni me dieron una solucion. tuve que salir a buscar otro hostel a las 10 de la noche.

A very quirky stay! Owner was great - very nice and accommodating! Beds were comfortable, no lockers though.

place is great! Nice and helpful people! just be careful winth the entrance to not end up in the hostel next door; the entrance i through the back
