Moustache Agra

Very nice hostel with a good location. We arrived at 3am by bus and they arranged a taxi to come pick us up and were ready to do our check in at that time. We had some issues with the room's bathroom, the toilet wasn't working when we arrived but they allowed us to use other bathrooms and were available to fix it. The food in there is very good and the staff are nice and kind.

I only explored the hostel not agra, because I god food poison :/ the staff really helped me by offering food and water so I Feld really comfortable and safe

Location was good, central. Cleanliness was bad. Dirty floors and carpets in the room. Bathroom was not clean with poor facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

After staying at Varanasi's Moustache, I thought that I'll play it safe and keep the same franchise. However, this place isn't as clean and tidy. In fact, the seats and sofas of the common area were covered of uneaten food and been only cleaned in the evening. Not really inviting to chill and relax. Moreover, some members of the staff had an unprofessional behaviour. Indeed, one of them charged us money because we ate outside food in the common area (got refunded after complaining to the manager...

The main door can’t be closed, no lockers for our stuff, the sheets were not clean. So many reasons to DONT GO THERE.

This is a cute space in a great location. The staff are very helpful, but it lacks the sense of adventure and community that hostels are so cherished for. However, I stayed there on a quiet day, so I cannot speak to how it is when there are many other guests. Probably a better community then.

We werden goed geholpen met het regelen van de tuctuc chaffeur, voor een hele dag rondgereden worden hebben we maar 600INR betaald. Verder was er even geen warm water maar door de goede service van de host konden we toch warm douchen. Verder kan het hier en daar wel wat netter, maar voor de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was het prima. Al met al tevreden over het hostel

Mixed review. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival. The room was not clean, there was a lot of damp in our room and the bathroom was not clean. We were in the room right on the road front so noise was expected, but the windows aren’t even sealed properly. We ate at the hostel restaurant and got ill from it which is a shame. Also got rang two nights running to see if we wanted food from the restaurant which felt a bit pushy. Very close to the Taj though which is a positive.

Mixed stay. The staff were ok but only interacted with me regarding paying my fee. They were helpful in returning a shirt I had left there. However, I did get food poisoning from the food here, the lockers under the bed are not lockable - you can put a padlock on the lockers but they don’t secure the door, unless you have a chain, the bathroom was not clean and the bed was just ok. Though the price is very cheap, I’d say for the experience it is overpriced. Would not recommend.

Lange nicht mehr so gut genächtigt. das ist normal kein Hostel, das ist schon Hotelstandard. Fragt nach Abhay Tiwari, der macht alles möglich. Auf dem Rückweg komm ich wieder. Schade das es nur 10 Punkte gibt zum vergeben.

Entre los más de 50 hostel que he podido vistar viajando es el peor donde me he hospedado. Sucio, mala atención del personal. No lo recomiendo. cambio mi opion sobre India
