absolut lovely owner, very welcoming and helped me when i was sick. the dorm is a bit older but clean, the bed not very comfy. after all the place is nice, and for the money totally ok. its a bit oitside of town, so better you have a scooter or a bicycle.

I found bedbugs here (thankfully before going to sleep on the first night). I did not get the impression that the owners understood that fumigation is required to properly clean the room. They did not warn the other guests in the room, despite me showing the male co-owner that I had found bugs on my bunk and the one above me. I was refunded but am VERY concerned about this place not taking bedbugs seriously and not informing the other guests in the dorm.

The best hostel I have been so far in Thailand, Jana and mom it was a great pleasure meeting u two(: Will definitely come back to stay there!

This is a lovely hostel which is around a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Pai, it’s run by Mama who is very welcoming and makes you feel like you are at home, the only problem is it doesn’t feel very safe at night as there is no locks on the doors or the main gate but overall I was very impressed with my stay

The best place I have ever stayed. Truly couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you so much Mom, Jen and family for being so accommodating and looking after us - I will without a doubt be returning😁

We booked private room and when we arrived they said that they dont have room for us. They told us they don’t see bookings that are made via the website. So we had to book a new hostel.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The mornings are so peaceful and welcoming there, that’s how I can explain it. The area is beautiful and you are well taken care of. Mom is lovely and will male you smile no matter why mood you’re in! I wish I’d spent my entire stay here, but the few days I was at Mom’s were beautiful.

Chambre double à 21€ et... Pas de rideaux occultants à une des fenêtres principale qui donne sur la cour, tout le monde voit ce qui se passe à l'intérieur de celle-ci Chauffe eau inefficace, même poussé à fond, l'eau est à peine tiède. Pas de shampoing fourni mais de tout petits savons. Il manque un meuble ou des crochets dans la sdb pour poser nos affaires. BEAUCOUP de cheveux partout des personnes nous ayant précèdé La femme de ménage rentre sans prévenir alors ...

Mom is adorable, the pool area is really nice. Great atmosphere. Only downside is that the hostel is quite far from the city center (25 mi walking).

This was only ok. Breakfast was not available, though it stated it was on the description. No social area which feels quite unfriendly. The room had not been cleaned since the last guests left, though the bed was clean with fresh laundry. The dorms are new and look good but our private room was “well used” !!! We will not return.

Nice hostel with pool, a little far away from the downtown. But mama is very nice and lovely!

nice and relaxed place. run by mum and dad (mainly mum) who are super nice and will help with anything you need including scooter rentals as its about 15-20 minute walk from town. its a chill place where its relatively eaay to meet and talk to people as long as you make the effort, but there isn't a bar or social activities available except for lounging by the pool

Cancelled as it was overbooked and didn’t inform me until the day of

They wrote us a private mail outside of hostelworld asking us to cancel our stay, because they had extended some other guests, 90 min before check in, despite us booking and recieving confirmation several days beforehand. We had already paid for transport and on our way to Pai when we recieved the message, and everything else except expensive hotels were booked by that time.

Do not book here. They cancelled just before we were about to take transport to pai, 1 1/2 before check-in. Totally messed up our plans. We confirmed the booking two days prior so when we received the email saying there was no room the day of check in, we were confused. They told us to book elsewhere, but there were no rooms elsewhere on hostel world, only expensive resorts were available. We ended up not going to pai at all because of their last minute cancellation

Amazing laid back hostel in Pai! Was quite empty when we stayed which made it even nicer. Jan was so so lovely and Mom was kind enough to sew us curtains for the dorm. Great pool area, easy to walk or scooter into town, spaces to chill and a good size dorm. Kitchen area was basic but had everything you’d need - toaster, drinking water, cutlery.

I had a great stay here. Mom is wonderful, the place is surrounded by nature and you get to wake up with papaya from the garden and go for a swim. The only thing is that is 15/20min walking to the Main Street.

Really beautiful hostel. A bit far out of town. Hard beds and not the most sociable. Really really friendly staff though who will look after you well
