I had the worst experience in a hostel ever! I reserved a private room, that was the “highest” option available and based on the images showed in the app. When I arrived, I followed the instruction and paid for the stay. Then the front desk person took to my room and it was nothing like the images. It is not like it was a similar option, no! It was a backwards room, isolated and really old and dirty. I couldn’t stay there at all. They said it is a “common” mistake and didn’t refund ...

Stayed in both a private room and the dorm, both clean and nice. The staff was really friendly and helpfull, and the location is right by the bus terminal and a short walk away from street vendors and food options, however it takes some time to walk to the 'center'. overall great stay.

Total false advertising.The room looks nothing like the pictures: dirty, run-down, noisy, and completely unacceptable. No transparency about what you actually get.Worst part: the manager’s behavior — aggressive, intimidating, and ready to charge you extra without clear justification.Avoid at all costs.

Great place to stay! Worth the price. Staff is really helpful with booking activities and transportation.

Wir hatten eine lange Busfahrt von Sucre nach La Paz hinter uns und wollten uns nur noch erholen. Für 176 Bolivianos reservierten wir ein Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer hatte ein Loch in der Decke! In der Nacht wurden wir vom Regen völlig durchnässt und mussten improvisieren, um nicht komplett nass zu werden. Ein Zelt hätte uns trockener gehalten... Die Bilder auf Hostelworld entsprechen keineswegs der Realität. Die Bettdecke war voller Flecken und das Zimmer insgesamt in einem miserablen Zust...

Unterkunft nahe des Busbahnhofes, Personal hätte hilfsbereiter sein können. Zimmer im fünften stock ohne Aufzug gehabt

Facilities seems little bite old. Kitchen looks not working.

Nice hostel close to the bus station! Had a bar, rooftop and is fairly social. Just be aware it’s a bit of a walk if you want to go into the centre

I liked this place, it's location is pretty good and the rooms are alright. I would say the bathrooms are a little strange but they are clean. good for what you pay for

Tiene cerca el teleférico rojo (el más cercano al aeropuerto), el centro está súper cerca. La primer noche hice kareoke. Una de las trabajadoras me recomendó un hike increíble. Tenían una triple Ale, muy sabrosa. Vale totalmente la pena ir a explorar La paz y aparte tener este lugar para descansar

Ein nettes geselliges Hostel am Rande des Zentrums von La Paz. Das Hostel ist wunderschön aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren supernett und haben englisch gesprochen.

Ummm odd place, we tried to order beers at the bar downstairs an the girl serving gave us pretty much every excuse why we couldn’t order or pay The location wasn’t really the best wasn’t near anything except the bus station. Perfect stay if you need to go to the bus station

One of the worst hostels i ve ever stayed at.I ve booked the single room,and it has nothing to do with the photos posted.It s a totally another room,very filthy and old,i was scared if it had bed bugs.All the staff are totally rude,they don't help you with anything.La Paz is a gorgeous city with better options.Choose something else.

The money that the reception charged is higher than the online price.

The place is very convenient due to its proximity to the bus station. However, there is little to no flexibility in meeting guests’ needs. The staff were inflexible and often rude. I asked about vegan options for food that I had already paid for and was met with a lack of willingness to help, even though providing simple, basic food options would not have been difficult.

Overall it is a good hostel, but they use a different exchange rate then the official, so you bet be prepared to pay more then the value that is shown on the platform if you pay in Bolivians.
