Hotel Brothers Inn & Backpackers Stay

This hostel is the perfect home base for your stay in Pokhara! The owner (Hari) and his manager (Indra) have become great friends during my several week stay. Both are clearly very passionate about welcoming travelers and helping them as much as possible. Hari even offered to be our guide for the Mardi Himal trek (he's a certified A level guide) and also to take us paragliding (he's an experienced paragliding pilot) which were both adventures of a lifetime! Indra welcomed us in his family's Guru...

I had a very nice time in Brothers Inn's, the rooms are so confy and the stuff always ready to help!! I am a solo traveller and they made sure I could join another group of people for a trekking! Special thanks to Hari, who guided us the way up to Mardi Himal viewpoint! I'd recommend to stay in this Hotel 100%!!

I loved the atmosphere and location of this hostel! The staff were super helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did notice that beds can be limited, so it's worth booking in advance. One thing to watch out for: be cautious of potential scams from tuk-tuk drivers or Grab services, especially if you're arriving after midnight. Overall, I'd recommend this hostel for its great vibe and helpful staff.

Great value for money! The brothers are very helpful and friendly. Had some great chats with them. Easy to chat to other travellers in the downstairs area or on the rooftop too. Great location in a residencial area, less than 10 mins from lakeside. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay in this place. Located in a quiet area while only few minutes walk away from the central area and the lake. The staff were really nice. It surely felt like home. They dropped me to the bus station on 2 occassions. Food was so delicious! I slept in the dorm of 8 beds. Comfy beds and pillows, ceiling fan and attached bathroom with very hot shower. A big terrace just outside the dorm. I could do some yoga during sunrise, with a good overview over the city.

Very Calm and Nice place to stay, the price and the two brothers that run it is magnificant! If you are looking for a social hostel, this would not be the one. Only downside is that the wifi is not working properly in every room - but the staff will gladly give you a new room if there’s any problems. They are SO Nice and very helpful.

Had the best stay at this hostel! Very well kept and bonus points because the shower was really nice. The guys who run it are great vibes, had lots of fun with them and they were very helpful, giving tips on things to do in the area as well as helping me with my future travel plans.

Situé un peu loin des bons restos et du lac mais facile d'accès à la marche et cela confère une tranquillité au niveau du bruit. Ce n'est pas une auberge de jeunesse classique mais plutôt un hôtel. Il n'y a pas cette ambiance où il est facile de connecter avec d'autres voyageurs. Par contre le staff est extrêmement serviable. Le prix est excellent pour une chambre privée.

Stayed 2 nights at Hotel Brothers Inn & Backpackers Stay in Pokhara, and it was fantastic! Both the private rooms and dormitories are perfect for backpackers on a budget—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The location is ideal, close to everything but peaceful at night. The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. Loved the rooftop views, too! Great spot to meet other travelers and relax. Highly recommend!"

Very basic hostel but extremely cheap and I suppose you get what you pay for! Stayed in dorm room. Unfortunately no aircon. Room fairly clean. We’ll located only a short walk from the lake and busy area with bars and restaurants. Staff friendly.

Best value for money! I stayed one week in the dorm and it was very pleasant. There is a small kitchen and a terrace with a view of the city. The owner is very nice and can arrange for paragliding.

Kudos to Hari and family for making my trip to Pokhara an epic one! Their property offers great value, just a few blocks away from Phewa Lake it provides the perfect balance, a peaceful retreat in a real local neighborhood where you can experience the true life of this city with amazing birds eye view of the lake yet close enough to the epicenter of the tourist action. Make sure to sit down with Hari and chat about the goals of your visit, his experience as a trekking guide is super valuable!

The staff is so kind and always helpful when you ask for it. I enjoyed a lot my staying there, and I would definitely recommend it!

Hotel Brothers Inn & Backpackers Stay is a great hostel with great service, security, and facilities. Cleanliness is good and the atmosphere is amazing, it is a great value for the money. It is located near Phewa Lake, just a 5 minute walk away, and offers beautiful scenery. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it a great place for tourists. It is a great place for the money.
