Hace falta amyor limpieza. Sabanas manchadas. Baños oxidados. Personal muy amable. Buena ubicación

Gute Lage, die Wände sind sehr hellhörig und die Ruhezeiten wurden oft nicht eingehalten, teilweise war es noch bis 2 Uhr sehr laut. ansonsten war der Aufenthalt gut. die Bäder wurden regelmäßig sauber gemacht.

What an amazing time here at Jungle House. The staff was very helpful and friendly here and the facilities were decently clean. We had a private room which was reasonably priced and it included towels, tv, and good sunlight :) met some amazing people here and would definitely recommend it to someone traveling in search for a good hostel ¡ -Valentine J

Sitio estupendo,tanto los encargados como el personal voluntario son muy buenos Instalaciones siempre limpias(gracias a las chicas que hacen de voluntarias) El hostal está a dos calles de la estación del servicio de transporte público

The garden is amazing to chill and the people running the hostel are very friendly :)

Very good option for staying at in Las Palmas! The exterior garden common area is great, but I wish it didn’t smell like cigarette so much. Kitchen is mostly fine but can be a bit chaotic during meals hours. A extra fridge is absolutly necessary. I like the rooms, all labelled a different country of latin america.

this was my first ever time solo travelling and being in a hostel. all the staff/volunteers were amazing help throughout. I initially booked for 1 week then extended my stay for an extra 10 days because I had a great time. highly recommend

Io e la mia amica siamo state bene in questo ostello! È stato perfetto non solo per soggiornare ma anche per lavorare in tranquillità: gli spazi sono comodi e l’atmosfera è davvero piacevole. Lo staff è fantastico, sempre gentile e disponibile, e contribuisce a creare un ambiente molto accogliente. Una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più è stata la possibilità di conoscere persone interessanti con cui abbiamo passato anche diverse serate insieme! 🌴🫶🏼

Très belles espace, tout est propres les douches sont modernes et les chambres sont pratique ( il y a deux prises pour charger ses appareils et un casier qu’on peut fermer avec un cadenas ) et confortable ! Elle est très bien situé, il y a une station de bus juste à côté pour visiter le reste de l’île. Et les volontaires et le manager sont super gentil !

Che dire… È stata l’esperienza in ostello più bella che abbia mai vissuto. Un luogo accogliente, con spazi splendidi e un meraviglioso giardino, reso davvero speciale da uno staff di giovani sorridenti e pieni di energia. In pochi giorni si è creata una piccola famiglia con la quale abbiamo vissuto l’isola e il carnevale in modo autentico. Un lugar de 10, en el mismo centro, con un personal simpatico y siempre a punto para ayudar en lo que sea, limpio y silencioso de noche, gracias a todo el staff y en especial a Ines!

Practical and charming hostel located close to everything in a quiet area. Friendly staff and relaxing back yard to hide away for a little rest.

Assez déçu. Je suis resté 5 nuits sur les 7 payés et je suis parti en hôtel pour les raisons suivantes : trop de drogue circule en permanence, la propreté des locaux notamment en cuisine laisse à désirée, les managers ne font pas respecter les règles (je me suis fait voler des boissons, de la nourriture et des gels douches), des personnes qui n’ont rien à faire dans la chambre ou j’étais venaient fouiller des choses vers 2h du matin. Bref très déçu.

There’s no cleaning, the toilets are disgusting and they don’t have have employees only volunteer and the hostel is dirt as f….

Porque no puedo montar fotos y vídeo de cómo me encontré la habitación de sucia Llegué a la 13:00 y me dieron la llave de la habitación y entré con mi chico y la habitación estaba sin hacer la camas las toallas tiradas en el suelo basura de comida bolsas de chuches en el suelo y en la cama la terraza había papel higiénico tirado bolsa negra de las grandes tiradas y entre otras cosas… Senti que perdí mi tiempo y mi dinero ese sitio no está apto para ser un hostal tenían los baños ...

Loved it here! Perfect location, fun atmosphere, and an incredible team of volunteers, everyone was great especially Anna and Julia.
