The staff were lovely, couldn’t fault them. The only issue really was the noise levels - sound travels a lot so I woke up every time a drunk person came home and banged into the rooms down the corridor, and I’m usually a heavy sleeper! There’s no curtains or element of privacy in the room so I felt a little vulnerable as a solo traveller when a group came back to the room after a night out
Excellent
Super séjour le personnel est trop cool, tout est propre et bien équipé en plus c’est très bien placé c’était tooop :)
The Hostel was perfectly fine but room was full with some of the most selfish and absolutely annoying people I’ve ever met. I’m taking loud phone calls at 5 am type of things. Not really a social vibe if that’s what you’re looking for but could imagine that it’s different in the summer since the kitchen and community room are quite nice.
Benefit of this hostel is the location however not much else. The bedding was stained, uncomfortable mattress and the bathroom had a constant smell. The property is next door to student accommodation/pubs and felt like we were sleeping in the beer garden. During our stay the fire alarm also went off six times during the night. A place to stay for one night but wouldn’t recommend for much longer.
The weirdest hostel stay in my whole life. People staying there are apparently permanently living there. It just feels weird as hell. Women who were staying with me were sleeping at night, in the morning and during the day. I have no idea what was wrong with them or if they were sick. I found a pubic hair on my bed too. Unpleasant. Location is great, but wouldn’t recommend this place for stays longer than one night.
for what I paid was more then for enough. if you want just a bed for one night I would recommend
The place was right in the middle of city center, which was very convenient. My room was clean and neat, with a very hot shower, which I appreciated. The beds were slightly uncomfortable and you could feel the springs, but there was an outlet and light near each bed, as well as a locker under the bed. The room I was in was nearby a pub, so it was quite loud on Friday night. The kitchen facilities seemed nice, though I didn’t use it.
Great option for travellers on a budget. Close to the City Centre, clean, comfortable and decent kitchen facilities.
It was okay for the price
A great location, walking distance to city centre ,train stations , bus stops and shops. A bus stops at the bottom of the short road. Sufficient kitchen facilities for self cooking and a lounge area . Shared a room with 3 other females and never saw them. Ensuite bathrooms are modern and very clean.
It was clean and comfortable stay
Great place to stay and enjoy liverpool!
Fomos muito bem recebidos, estávamos em 5 pessoas. o quarto era bem espaçoso e simples, mas muito limpo, assim como o banheiro. os anfitriões foram ótimos e prestativos.
Staff were good with my booking as I had few hiccups I liked my stay there
The hostel needs a total refresh from the entry to the hallways (usually the first thing you see). It also appears that some of the people renting rooms are "locals" vs international travelers.
Mostly people who are living in the hostel. Bathroom didnt lock, rooms were loud and messy from the people living there permanently. Bathroom was gross, chose to leave early
I have never left a hostel early before and I could not do more than one night here. Felt unsafe as a woman there, maybe got a bad draw with my roommates. People very sick in my room, more people living there rather than a travellers hostel. The actual hostel had good kitchen, beds etc but would not recommend unless you were in a group or had a private maybe.
Stayed in a private room that was perfect. It was a little bit far from downtown, but very well located. The staff were not very friendly but ok.
