Phu House

Great location and amazing staff. The vibe is great overall, but it can be loud sometimes from the music from the bar blasting all day.

Phu house was a sick destination. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and community of the people. Definitely a social hostel, with plenty of activities to do. Would stay again

The place is huge and gives you alot of room to hangout but other then that like half the toilets didn't work. The bar in the lobby is a vibe but this place is the definition of mid

Hostel was really nice, but 1 of the bar staff was very uncomfortable. Throwing empty water bottles at people, drinking from people’s drinks, swearing at customers and starting arguments.

Great place! Staff is top tier friendly became friends with them. Best location for hostel by everything you need to be by.

INCREDIBLE Hostel, great location & amazing staff. Was originally booked for 3 nights but ended up extending an additional 2. Would definitely recommend!!!

Cockroaches in the bathrooms, bathrooms cleaned once per day, bedsheets and towels smelt unclean, and incompetent staff. The girl on reception was incredibly rude to a girl in my room- she also told me the wrong date I was checking out and she couldn’t work out how much I needed to pay. Made to feel an inconvenience. Most of the staff are AWOL the majority of the time or drinking in the below-average bar downstairs with drab karaoke nights that echo around the whole hostel. Avoid staying here!

It has a hotel so there also family with childern. For me that is not vibe I looking for as a backpacker.

Loved it here lively at night in the bar but got other places to chill out. Staff are great friendly and it’s just good vibes in the hostel with beach and bars nearby. First time in Vietnam and it was great place to come and feel welcomed.

I loved Phu House so much, that on my second day I already extended for 3 more nights! Phu Quoc is definitely catered to families, but at Phu House it was like I was a part of a community. Everyone knew my name, said hi to me, invited me for drinks or just hanging out. I felt very welcomed! My room was also really nice, and the bed was amazing AND the shower had a box, which I really appreciated!

Das Hostel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich, sehr dunkel, ziemlich alt, oberste Etage wird zwar täglich gebaut - aber passieren tut nichts. Viele Zimmer ohne Tageslicht. AC hat nicht gut funktioniert. Gerade als Solo Traveller nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr leer gewesen, an der Bar ein komisches Klientel, den ganzen Tag Wannabe Latino Musik.

On a passez deux jours dans cet établissement, moisissure sur les murs, ils ont voulu nous faire croire que les chambres était pas prête et nous faire payer un supplément alors qu’il y avait personne dans la chambre, douche qui fonctionne pas bien, rooftop desastreux, la climatisation pas entretenu, odeur dans la chambre on a demander a changer ils ont essayer de nous faire payer un supplément.

Beautifully designed hostel, great bed with curtain to protect your privacy in shared mixed dorm and the bar at the lobby are full of energy with great companies. Fred and Sil always make sure you’re not gonna miss anything on the island. Amazing experiences and wonderful stay, booked for a night but extend my stay after all :))

Im Zimmer hat es unangenehm gerochen. Zudem empfand ich die Stimmung im Gemeinschaftsbereich unangenehm. Viele betrunkene Männer… es handelt sich um ein Party Hostel, wo die Musik auch mal nach 12 Uhr laut sein kann.

By far the the most fun hostel with the best atmosphere we’ve been to. All the volunteers were super nice, funny and cool and we felt very welcome! Not to mention that they played the BEST music by the bar, I’m talking banger after banger!

Wir hatten einen mega Aufenthalt im Phu House mit seinem Team. Das ganze Team von vorn bis hinten hat auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Immer was los, suuuper social, offen für Fragen, kompetent, super Bootstour, guter Ausblick vom Dach. Sauber war es, allerdings hätte es im Zimmer noch besser riechen können. ;) Rundrum sind wir mega gern hier gewesen und haben sogar meinen Geburtstag hier gefeiert und waren sehr Happy mit dieser Entscheidung. 👌👌
