⚠️ Room layout is insane: strangers sleep 4 inches apart, practically touching. They ignored my advance email requesting to share a bunk with my wife, placing her next to a stranger instead. The hostel lacks identity, mixing school trips with executives, resulting in chaotic common areas. To top it off, they charge a high fee for luggage storage after checkout. Confused management with zero guest focus. I do not recommend. Im very disapointed.
