Terrible place, and is too expensive for what you get! I only stayed a night but couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning and move to a better hostel

Very dirty hostel, I would not recommend at all, it didn’t feel in a very safe location in Perth. I was staying with a friend but I would not have felt safe to stay here alone - it felt very sketchy.

Insgesamt ein gutes preiswertes Hostel. Die sanitären Einrichtungen könnten etwas gepflegter gehalten werden. Und der Kühlschrank wie in allen hostels Chaos. Räume schlecht belüftet. Aber für ein zwei nöchte machbar✌️

I would totally recommend this hostel! It’s close to the center and pretty much everything that you need while travelling around. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom too so yeah

the beds have tents which gives some privacy but not all beds have it yet, i was only one in my room without a tent and still pay the same price. did not feel safe. food box is full of breadcrumbs and dust. not well ventilated, smells bad. pillows are in plastic covers. bar nearby plays loud music all night, other people staying lives longterm and take over the space, also plays music and talks loud till late. got bites by something i dont know what is. overall not very clean. dont recommend.

The room was dirty, things were lying around everywhere, my drawer was filled with sand and dirty stuff, the locker hadn’t been emptied with coffee cups still full. The beds were wrapped in some kind of tent; the tents smelled very strong and disgusting, and the top was covered in dust. There was mold on the walls and the ceiling. The bathrooms and toilets were in the same condition — dirty and moldy everywhere

please do not book at this hostel it is the worst hostel I have ever been to . I would never ever book at this place ever again . i arrived at the hostel just to be bullied by the people that live there they try to intimidate you by demanding you tell them your name your room show them id it is beyond a joke . the manager in duty at the time didn't really care what happened his excuse was . I can't control what other people say . what a bloody joke this place is .

Für den Preis ist es in Ordnung, aber die Betten sind echt instabil, es quietscht bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung und die Kissen sind gefühlt aus Plastik und knarzen brutal wenn man den Kopf bewegt. Alles sehr hellhörig, aber sonst war es in Ordnung.

It was okay, pretty cheap but honestly not too bad it’s just that there’s a lot of people who live there and they’re not really very friendly but I don’t know if that’s the fault of the hostel really.

The best hostel you’ll ever live in! Aaron’s hostel is a gem! People from all over the world gather here, and it instantly feels like home. The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and full of good energy. Aaron is an amazing host who truly cares,this place wouldn’t be the same without him. Can’t wait to come back! Also the dedicated cutlery for every person that’s cherry on top when it comes to hygiene!

The place was filthy and the beds stunk. I don’t think the beds need the bits of canvass that have been put around them as they seem to be trapping people’s sweaty smell in them. I had to sleep with mine open so I could breathe properly but I ended up getting bitten really badly by mosquitoes.

It was distusting.

Die Unterkunft wae dem Preis entsprechend. Die Küche war immer sehr dreckig, viele der anderen Hostelgäste haben ihre Sachen nicht weggeräumt. Die Tische und Bänke waren sehr klebrig und wurden nie geputzt. Um die Kochutensilien zu putzen war nicht immer Spülseife da. Das Bett war gut, mit Mückennetz (das auf der Wandseite ein Loch zur Steckdose hatte) und auch ein Verdunkelingsvorhang. Für den Preis ok. Lage top.

Great location for a hostel, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Not the cleanest hostel, and lots of the other guests were quite rude and cliquey as they were all long term guests

Shower was dirty and shower curtain filled with stains/ripped.

WiFi was Not working! It was Not Clean at all! The rooms Had No Windows, Just a tiny skylight window for a rooms with 8 bunk beds in it. The bath rooms we're below Standart and filthy. No towels or soap were provided.

I wouldn’t recommend this hostel to any backpackers due to the atmosphere & cleanliness of the facilities. The owner seems like a nice guy and let us leave our bags in reception before and after checkout but other than that I don’t have much positives to say. The guests are long term workers who leave all their stuff all over the room. The beds and toilets stink and my bed had some questionable stains on. The atmosphere was not social and borderline intimidating. 2 days felt like too ...

Spiral Backpackers has a nice location right in the Northbridge district. The hostel is not the cleanest, but it was not super bad. The rooms are very dark but lockers are available. The door of our room did not close properly which felt a bit unsafe.

Overall the hostel was solid for how much it cost. Staff were sound and helpful. Super close to the city and shops, so really easy to navigate without using public transport. Having said that, the train/underground was only a 15 min walk away. Rooms were good, however the girls bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. Was also super small. Kitchen also wasn’t particularly clean, but there was plenty of space in the fridge etc. Overall, you get your monies worth!
