Hostel Entre Vientos

J’ai personnellement passé un bon moment à l’Hostel. Ils ont été arrangeant avec moi. La salle commune est très agréable, le matin vous pouvez voir des dauphins dans le détroit. Il est important de noter que certains voyageurs, dans d’autres chambres, se sont retrouvés avec des piqures de punaises. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, vor allem die Toiletten und Waschräume, die Duschen zu manchen Zeiten kalt, das Hostel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen lauten Straße, das Frühstück war verwirrend geregelt und es gab nicht wirklich viel. Unser Mehrbettzimmer war in Ordnung, jedes Bett hatte eine Ablage und Steckdose und es war ausreichend Platz sowie Schließfächer vorhanden. Die Küche war ausreichend bestückt. Reservei o quarto compartilhado para 6 e me colocaram no de dez e me cobraram o mesmo valor. Além disso o anuncio fala que haveria toalhas para aluguel, o que não havia também. A recepcionista extremamente mal educada.

El Hostel es hermoso y el personal es muy amigable pero esta muy abandonado. Falta mantencion y limpieza. La mucama/recepcionista/guia turistica/ host a cargo no da a basto.

Pretty nice place to stay while in Punta Arenas. The view and common area was great but all of the lights could use a lot of dusting. Breakfast was very basic. Laundry service was great!

The hostel is just okay, really nothing special at all. The staff is friendly but non-existent. The location is very far away from the town but has good access to the beach. Nothing is stocked, no paper towels, no toilet paper in some restrooms. The kitchen is poorly stocked. The hostel isn’t that social and most people on their phones except for a few. Great facilities, nice social space, nice room albeit a little small. The staff were good. My favourite thing was because it's quite far out of town people tend to stay in the hostel in the evening so there is much more of a chatty social vibe - not too late / noisy though if you want to sleep.

O horário da receção é inaceitável dado que estamos num lugar onde as tours começam bem cedo e acabam tarde. Chegámos de um voo às 5:00 da manhã e não tivemos forma de deixar as malas, nem ninguém para nos abrir a porta, sendo que bastaria terem nos dado os códigos da porta, coisa que já tínhamos pedido por email, porém sem qualquer resposta. No momento em que chegamos da tour, pelas 21h15 ainda levamos com o mau humor e falta de profissionalismo da recepcionista.

This hostel got the job done for 3 nights in Punta Arenas. The building was clean and comfortable although a bit dated on the inside. The door buzzer was loud enough to be heard from around the hostel when anyone rang it which could be startling at times. The staff were friendly but at times I felt like they weren’t always around. While the hostel is right on the water, it’s located very far away from the city center and most restaurants, so you can expect a long walk or an Uber.

The common area upstairs is spacious and bright, definitely the best space in the hostel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is basic. The sheets had small stains in some places but it felt like they were well washed. The worst thing about the hostel was the shower - definitely wasn’t being cleaned every day, I don’t know if it was cleaned at all during my stay. Comfortable stay here. Nice common area and comfy beds. Decent breakfast. Hostel is a little bit out the way, 20 minute walk into centre, but is by the water.

Alles in allem hat es gestimmt. Sauber, freundlich, alles da, was man braucht. Lediglich die Entfernung in die City, mit 2,8km ist etwas entfernt. Das wird aber durch andere Faktoren wieder wett gemacht. Küche + Aufenthaltsraum laden zu netter Gesellschaft ein und der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön 😊👍
