Dirty bedroom with garbage and crumbs on the nightstands, no sheets on the bed, we asked them to please put sheets on and they put on some stained sheets, crumb remained on the nightstands. The keypad door seemed to work but have an additional lock so that we could never open it even with the code, fortunately the staff was there to open the door each time. Shared bathroom and lounge area were also dirty. Pretty good location though. Cool lounge with lots of potential..

I had the basic double room with shared bathroom which faced a noisy street whereby the traffic continued through the night causing my bed to shake! The bed was very comfortable but the room and and bathroom were shabby with stained walls, stained sheets and towel. The room had been carelessly painted and there were paint splashes everywhere. The location is very good and a ten minute walk takes you into the historical centre. There is a cafe on the premises but I didn't try the food.

Don't go to this hostel. The 4 bed dorm I stayed in had only ONE outlet. There were no lockers. It had one tiny trashcan that was never emptied during my 2.5 day stay. The only other traveler in the room left the day after my arrival. His bedsheets remained on his bed, unchanged, my entire stay. The best part. - The hostel caretaker came to me at 5 pm the night BEFORE I was scheduled to leave and told me he could not host me tonight because a large group was coming and he needed the room.

Stayed 3 days in January in a private room. While decorations and welcome was good a pbathroom had major issues: 1) there was no hot water during the whole stay 2) a sink leaked constantly, making a big puddle on the floor.

Había problemas con el escusado, tiraba agua y además no había agua caliente en mi cuarto. El cuarto solo tenía una conexión eléctrica lo cual me pareció terrible. La cama cómoda y el cuarto bien adornado.

Great, cozy place with a cafe on the first floor. Hosts are very considerate and one even helped me carry my luggage to my taxi. The security door is great and it is walking distance to Alameda Park and el centro. The room was very comfortable, the hot water fantastic. I would definitely return. Plus, the art quotes and colorful walls and the artist motif are a nice touches.

Superbe hôtel où chaque chambre est décorée selon un style pictural, j'avais la chambre impressionismo, avec des placards, une literie de qualité et une bonne couette. Des espaces communs accueillants et sympathiques, tous ornés d'oeuvres d'artistes jusque dans la salle d'eau, propreté impeccable. Le personnel est lui aussi très accueillant et sympathique, bref une excellente adresse avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable, pas loin à pied du centre de Querétaro.

This is a great hostel with comfortable beds and sheets. It is a great location and you can walk everywhere safely. They is a nice outdoor area where you can just relax and listen to music. The hostel owner Raúl is very helpful with any questions you may have and even took us to see the Pena de Bernal! I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

We had a really great stay at Art House! Raul was very kind, accommodating and flexible. Great communication in Spanish and English. The hostel is very well located. You can find everything you need right outside the hostel within a block or two. It’s very safe and secure with cameras. It’s a short walk to arrive in the center. A nice relaxed place to stay and get to know the city and get some work done. Very nice beds and pillows too!! Recommend! We’ll be back :) Muchas gracias!

Overall very awesome. Really comfortable bed, awesome location and super lovely host/owner!
