Hostel Mostel Veliko Tarnovo

Had a very comfy private room, great facilities. Receptonist came in clutch telling us about a new bus line to Veliko Tarnovo which saved us hours of travel. Plus there was an awesome hostel cat

It is clean, there are lockers and it is very near the fortress. The staff is friendly.

i was there in low season, so the place was really calm and magical, the hostel it's nice, with comfortable shared area, garden and kitchen. 10 minutes walk from the fortress. Rado, the manager was really nice. I would definitely go back

Very cozy and nice hostel with common spaces and beds that were quite comfy! Also super friendly staff, always ready to help and flexible with payment

The interior was really cute. We went during the winter so it was a little but cold in the rooms and there were not alot of people. I think the hostel would be a great place during the summer. The location was great. We stopped by Veliko Tarnovo to see the fortress and it was 4-5 min walking distance from the hostel. The staff were nice as well.

cute hostel in a quiet area with a friendly cat. staff were very helpful. downsides were it was super cold in the rooms, and there wasn't much around. 15+ mins walk uphill to the town area

very comfortable stay and probably a very social hostel during summertime. still it was very pleasant and quiet in off-season and I would recommend :) I only wish there were proper blankets in addition to the heavy wool ones and there are no curtains on the beds but the room was almost empty anyway when I was here. there’s a very sweet hostel cat as well who’s ready to make friends with you!

Cute little hostel in a good location to old town. Homely vibes and it’s easy to meet other guests in the shared common spaces. The volunteers were incredibly helpful, staying up late to help us get from the train station to the hostel.

hostel was fine. the bed made a lot of noise everytime someone moved at night (not so fun with 9 other people in your room also sleeping in those beds). other than that pretty good

I loved this hostel! Nice calming music playing in the living room. A comfy bed and nice kitchen. Staff was amazing as well and just steps from the fortress!

Was a good place to stay for a weekend. Slight walk out of town. Has a kitchen and social room. Imagine it gets busier during peak season

Cet Hostel est juste parfait, le personnel est super cool,l’ambiance est vraiment tranquille et reposante mais en aucun cas ennuyante. On se sent super bien ici les dortoirs et douches sont d’une propreté incontestable(surtout grâce aux bénévoles)et l Hostel est tout simplement super joli et on a vraiment l’impression d’être dans une maison de campagne. Niveau social, je dirais que tout dépend des gens qui sont là mais pour ma part j’ai fais de super rencontres et recommande for...

The location is quite perfect, not on a busy street, but close to the centre and fortress. There’s even a little shop very nearby. The vibe in the hostel is like nothing i’ve had before, it feels so calm and homey. The personel was amazing, great happy and smiling people. Showers were clean and had enough space. Very nice hostel! Welcoming staff, there are happy to help you. The vibe is nice, the commun areas are perfect, outside and inside. Isn't in the city center, but not that far, like 15min walking. The location is nice tho, in a quiet area of the town. I clearly recommend it.

A very cozy Ottoman-era house turned hostel close to the center of Veliko Tarnovo. We really enjoyed our stay, talking with the friendly fellow travellers and exploring the surrounding area. It was exceptionally warm during our stay (40°C), so it was a bit hard to be without AC, however, the house was still a manageable temperature and we did have some fans to help us survive the 14 to 17 heat. Overall, would really recommend!

Staff were nice and very accommodating, but the atmosphere was strange and I did not really feel safe. it wasn't too bad but it wasn't great either. Not sure if I would reccomend
