Nice place my room was big shared with 6 girls only, no bunks. Had a balcony that looked over the pool and garden looks pretty at night with the lights many hammocks and bean bags to lounge on. Louie the dog is cute and loves to play. Downside Kitchen was a little small so i had to wait a little to cook but no problem i talked to other guests and i am now travelling up to Cairns with them. Highlight was the owner took a few of us out in some kayaks and we saw the shipwreck and a turtle at sunset...

so underrated, a place run with so much soul by the loveliest people! so clean and great facilities

C stay is the perfect old school hostel vibes. Louie the dog is the sweetest(you will fall in love) I had the best time here after staying 2 nights I booked 2 more, than 3 more weeks. Adam is always trying to do his best to make your stay as easy as possible and will always give you a lift if you ask realllllly nicely. Heartbreaking to leave I will miss this place and the tree frogs in the shower.

Für denn Preis in Ordnung die Zimmer sind ganz gut. Bäder auch gut, jedoch ist die Küche etwas ekelig. Der Hund des Besitzers läuft die ganze Zeit herum, und uriniert ab und zu an verschiedene Orte. Außerdem sind überall Fliegen die aus dem Mülleimer vor der Küche kommen. Wenn ihr Geld sparen wollt und euch diese Aspekte nicht allzu sehr stören kann man es aufjedenfall machen.

Simple but perfect for a stopover. Stayed in both a private room and shared room during my time, beds made perfectly and clean. Location is good, would recommend hiring a car so you don’t have to rely on the bus, but the bus stop is only a three minute walk from the hostel.

We stayed in room 1 where we found 4 dead, and 1 alive, cockroaches the same day we checked in. Thankfully, the owner was kind and let us change room and we didn’t see anymore cockroaches in our room but we saw one in the kitchen. The owner has a dog who jumped on to me while I was stretching in the garden, and he jumped up on the tables outside when we ate and tried to bite us when we tried to move him away. If you’re gonna eat, do it inside the pool enclosure. Very cheap tho.

Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Bathrooms are filthy the rooms are hot. You have to manually press a button for the AC only for it blow for 10 minutes before it stops again. Just disgusting.

Amazing location. Minutes walk to the waterfront. Bus stop right out the front. Room and amenities clean. Nice manager and cute dog. Affordable.

Verstopfte Toiletten, die Türe des Schlafzimmers lies sich nicht abschließen, die Lage ist komplett weg von allen Einkaufsläden und Sehenswürdigkeiten, immerhin war die Küche recht sauber

Leider hatten die Betten keine Vorhänge und eines stand direkt unter der Klimaanlage, das man diese nicht anmachen konnte wenn da jemand geschlafen hat. Die Betten wurden auch nicht direkt gemacht nachdem jemand gegangen ist und waren teilweise 2 Tage unangerührt. An sich war es aber sauber und die Lage ist such oke, da die Busverbindung gut ist

Great location and easy out of hours check in. However there was a random dog in the property that came into our private room and bit me. There was no oven. Limited kitchen. Uncomfortable bed. But great location and cheapest hostel on the island.

Gemütliches Hostel, gut ausgestattete Küche. Nur den pool habe ich nicht genutzt da er auch vom Hund benutzt wurde. Ansonsten habe ich meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Not the freshest room and nowhere to lock your things (3 wardrobes on 5 beds?), the locations is at the end of the island, you need to take a bus everywhere:)

Great hostel - rooms and kitchen always clean, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay despite the weather providing some challenges! Lovely dog too, really enjoyed our stay

Perfect for couples / friends. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Good location to area on island and bus stop to get around
