The Monk's Bunk Kaunas

The staff super sweet, very welcoming and helpful, felt really nice. The bed was comfortable enough. Two showers with toilets - they always been available, so not getting too busy. The kitchen facilities are good - pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, therefore kitchen and frindge itself could do with better cleaning as tables quite sticky, but then its not staffed over the night, so there is no one to tidy up during night hours and early morning, i was surprised how quiet people were, very respectful.

This was a great hostel to stay at in Kaunas. The staff were full of knowledge of things to do in Kaunas, as well as how to get to your next destination. The facilities were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked, and I appreciated the free coffee/tea that they offered. Overall great value, and I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Kaunas.

The staff members were very kind and helpful. Special regards to Sigita who is one of the loveliest people I have known (in hostels and in life hehe).

Miła obsługa, dla mnie na plus gdyż nie mówię po angielsku za to spokojnie porozumiałam się po rosyjsku 😊. Doskonała lokalizacja, wszędzie jest blisko, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona co prawda piec bez piekarnika ale kto normalny bawi się w pieczenie gdy przyjeżdża raptem tylko na parę dni, jest czysto i sensownie cenowo czego chcieć więcej. Polecam ten hostel

A lovely hostel in a great location on the main street. Easy access to buses and 20 minute walk to old town. The 4 bed room I was in had window ledge to enjoy the street lit up at night with views to the church. Highly recommend.

This was just what I needed for a 1 night stay and was very clean. Due to the time I arrived I didn’t see any staff but got a clear video explaining what to do when I got there.

Truly one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! The staff are incredibly friendly and gave me the best recommendations for things to see and eat in Kaunas. I also met some amazing people here and made great friends. Highly recommend!

Weil der gemischte Schlafsaal nur mit Männern belegt war, wurde mir ein Upgrade zu einem Frauenschlafsaal gegeben und das fand ich total zuvorkommend und lieb! :) Das Bad war leider nicht so sauber und es war etwas kalt. Die Lage ist etwas versteckt in einem Hinterhof an einer Fußgängerzone. Mir wurde eine Mail mit der Beschreibung zum Hostel geschickt.

Excellent location, just as described. Super clean and the staff were great especially for lots of suggestions on what to do. Comfy beds, warm hostel, I would stay again!

Amazing hostel. Actually the first one I've ever been to that had privacy curtains as well as lockers and I've been to many. I finally felt safe enough. The people were all trustworthy to the point that I forgot to put my backpack into my locker and nobody stole my stuff. The kitchen was usable and had a lot of stuff, the only thing I'd recommend is garlic powder :D once you find the hostel, the location is straight forward! Beautiful hostel and the receptionist gives good information!

Small but cosy hostel with a homely feel to it. Nice lounge and kitchen. Great location in Kaunas, but the access to the hostel is very unwelcoming, through a dark courtyard, which may make some feel a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect hostel, by far the best in Lituania. You feel like home. I highly recommend
