Dongmen 3 Hostel

I had the best time in Dongmen 3 hostel, i hope to come back soon because i miss it already !

Female dorm, mit Schlüsselkartensystem, sehr gut organisiert, common space eher limitiert. Standort super, sehr sauber für einen solchen Dorm, leider nur 2 Duschen für 12 Personen

Hostel is super clean and a great location! The top bunks are really high up so it was difficult to climb up and down. There's 12 beds per room so be prepared to wake up early every morning, even with earplugs.

Super spacious, clean and quite hostel. Not the social kind but everything else was excellent.

Every morning, there is a pleasant aroma of coffee from the coffee shop downstairs. Great location. Clean. Helpful, kind, and organized staff. Spacy showers. Everything is functional. Consider using an elevator if you have a lot of luggage.

Good location wise, big beds, close by metro and the main station but the common areas were disappointing, few showers, no dryer for the laundry. I'd search for a better option next time.

I had a good stay at this hostel. Just be aware that this place is overpriced. There are hotels at the same price point & other hostels that include breakfast for the same price, so just do your research before booking. Nonetheless, the bed area is very clean and the bathroom was decently clean for a mixed dorm. The room gets so stuffy and smelly overnight. There are lots of mosquitoes here - nets on the doors and maybe plug in repellents would help. Affordable washing machine!

Overall a really good stay! The bed alcoves are spacious, lots of room for luggage, the bathroom is big and clean with good water pressure, great location. Not much of a social vibe, but I’ve found that typical of Taiwan, and the hostel does have a nice upstairs balcony area to hang if there were people around. Nice female dorm with privacy for each bunk and a clean bathroom on same floor (female floor only). If arriving late keep in contact, hard to get staff late at night, but they are helpful and nice.

I can 100% recommend this hostel. Ideal location with direct connection to Taipei Main and Taipei 101. Super helpful and friendly staff and the rooms/beds are clean and comfortable. Also there is a great coffee and breakfast place and a Family mart in the same building.

No complaints and great coffee!
