its about what you expect for a cheap hostel! staff is great especially the bartender he feels more like a friend then a actual worker!! the rest of the staff is nice and helpfull in general! the hostel is in a great central spot! only down side is that its not super super clean but that is to be expected with the price!! overall great hostel!! and the best bartender!!

A really nice hostel! I stayed there for about 5 night. The breakfast is basic but nice. It‘s a social hostel, i liked that and the location is cool. Unfortunately there was often no new toilet paper and i often needed to get one. And sometimes water and electricity were missing, but that is an overall problem in Vang Ving, so its not their fault. Definitely recommend this hostel!!!

Don’t stay here, room is the worst i’ve stayed in. Stained sheets, pillow case had what looked like a cigarette burn, flies / mosquitoes everywhere, bathroom just disgusting and full of flies, lockers had no back so could just pull away from wall to access from behind, broken tap and a awful smell of damp in the bathroom. Breakfast ok and pool/bar area actually quite good, so just a shame the bedroom (mixed dorm) was so bad. Not the most social. Also had sunglasses/neck pillow stolen from ro...

im Zimmer hört ma alles aus dem Badezimmer. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer tropft, keine Seife am Waschbecken und die Toilette spritzt manchmal Wasser hoch. Leider konnte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht selber bedienen

Stayed in a private. Nice enough value for your money but not a huge fan of bathrooms without a dedicated shower space. The water just runs through the bathroom and drains.

All good. But the night receptionist (guy) was rude. Good ass breakfast.

Great value for money, the music was a bit loud until ~11pm but that's just a personal preference rather than a real problem. It would be good if the breakfast could have a better vegan option than instant noodles with carrot and onion!

Really nice chill hostel! Staff was really nice and Jordan behind the bar absolute legend! Would defo recommend!

The room I stayed in had bed bugs, and ants crawling all around my friends bed. The sheets had questionable stains, as well. Staff were friendly and the location is nice, though.

Stayed in a private room for 3 nights - Lots of ants in the bathroom - The water from the sink just came out again underneath - Rock hard pillows - Towels look very dirty - Did not clean the room once, not even emptied the toilet bin - Constant water noise from the bathroom day and night

Only stayed one night but it was decent value for money

great location on the main street in vang vieng, right next to local food market and other restaurants. room was clean enough but bathroom could do with a spruce up! reception staff so friendly and helpful and can help you book loads of activities and excursions, swimming pool area was an added win and had a pool table at the end for socialising, only thing was there was british rap music blasting from like midday till 11pm which kinda killed any peaceful chill vibes

Location and staff were good, the room was clean and we had keys to lock it up. Breakfast was included and offered a wide range of choice. The only drawback was the vibe, it was quite chill, not many activities were organized by the hostel.

Right in the middle so easy to navigate around. Rented bikes from the food shop on the first road to the left (shop on the right) they were amazing! Remembered me when I went back and gave me the same bike without me asking which was great. Staff at the hostel were helpful on booking to Luang as well as my Vietnam bus. Comfy place to stay and had a bit of a night vibe but wasn’t too loud if you wanted to sleep

This hostel wasn't bad, but honestly, it wasn't so clean. The walls of my bed were marked with I don't know what, the bathroom always smelled bad and there wasn't communal soap or anything. Toilet always made strange noise. They make you walk barefoot everywhere but everything is full of dirt and dust, so then you end up getting your room dirty as well, and they don't clean. The breakfast is a plus, but I do not think I would come back.
