Friends Forever Hostel

Beware tourists. It's not a hotel, it's an unsanitary house. They're charging me a late fee at 8 PM, they're not giving me the room I booked (which is more expensive), they're trying to charge me the price I already paid for the reservation, don't give me the Swift code so I can pay, steal my cash, and force me to sleep outside if I don't cooperate.

All of the information on Hostelworld for this hostel is wrong or out of date. It's not a hostel it's a slum. The door code didn't work, no one was there to check me in, I showed up with cash as indicated on the page and they couldn't even change my ₴1000 for a ₴800 stay. They were confused and thought I wanted to book. The place was filthy, no running water and no compensation for this inconvenience. Security was terrible, no locker, and nowhere to put my bag in the dorm room.

Excellent could not have asked for more especially considering the circumstances of the war situation.

I booked a room and phoned regarding my reservation. They hung up on me. I went elsewhere. I understand I can't expect people to speak English, but there was 0 effort in responding. Just hung up. I found it to be unpleasant.

dont use this app to book. the hostel require me to pay full price on arrival, even I have paid some fee in advance via my credit card. the app charge commission on hostel, but the hostel charge commission on me.
