Felt like home! Super cosy, warm atmosphere and the comfiest beds I've had away from home. Perla is an amazing host and very generous. Its an unforgettable stay, especially as there is a very friendly cat!
La struttura non è male, ma la proprietaria è decisamente pressante per i pagamenti e non molto flessibile.

it isnt specified but the place accept only cash. The water in the shower is either super hot or too cold and changes mid shower, not sure why. The bed sheets arent big enough or put good,I had to wake up at night to fix it. hostel isnt that close to the bus station or city cente, you could walk it, but be aware its a steep walk up.

Super nice stay there. Were are warmly welcomed and it feels at your old aunt home. It’s authentic and people feel safe and good there, I recommend for a comfy stay.

Very good hostel recommend staying here Great kitchen, decent showers/bathrooms. Beds are great and slightly bigger then a single On downside not all beds have access to plug points and no personal light

Okay for one night in Puerto Montt. 10 minutes from bus terminal.
It was like a home stay; cozy and clean. Señora Perla was there to have a chat with and ask for recommendations about what to do or where to go or just simply talk about life in Chile. We could use the kitchen, the beds were comfortable (I was in the 4 bed dorm room), the showers clean, towels were available and there cat, Precious, also liked to hang out with us. The location is in a residential neighborhood about a 10 min walk from the terminal de buses. I would go back to Casa Perla anytim...
The property was located ne3ar transit hubs. The owner was very accommodating and helpful.

Overall nice place. Uphill walk from the bus terminal. Not much to do in Puerto Montt. Staff and the local food are very nice 👌
Perla makes you feel at home. There is something special about all sitting around the kitchen table at abuela’s house.
Very lovely house , I enjoyed stay here and extended one more day , wooden house feels good , kitchen also nice and bright with 3 windows, quiet. I enjoyed !
Decent hostel with good facilities and a homely feel to it. Not a huge fan of the cats everywhere but overall would recommend.
It feels like a family visit and definitely not like a hostel, because it is a family home, that also hosts guests. Rooms are nice and spacious and overall kept clean. We were asked not to use the kitchen, when the family was in the kitchen .. Food can be stores but there isn’t anything to lable them nor any containers to store leftovers results were that a lot of our expensive bought food was just eaten by others or thrown out
Dans l’ensemble bonne auberge, il faut être à l’aise avec le fait de vivre 24h/24 avec l’habitante qui est très aimante. Auberge plutôt calme
La señora Perla es un amor, tradicional y amable, la casa es tierna, antigua y las maderas crujen a cada paso, es una casita musical y tiene lo necesario para compartir con los demás huéspedes, mis roomies (Charlie, Niklas y Fredy) fueron muy respetuosos y carismáticos, Puerto Montt no es seguro después de las 7 de la noche (nos comentaron varios conductores y vecinos) pero está bien para salir y visitar sitios cercanos. Recomiendo este hospedaje si quieres socializar, queda relativamente ...
