Wonderful place, a pity it’s so far from the centre. However the bus goes quite regularly:)

Extremely nice hostel with friendly staff. Has shower en suite in the dorms. Has full canteen with very nice and generous continental breakfast. Well recommended for stays in Bayreuth.

Sehr schöne, sehr gepflegte Jugendherberge - die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereits , dürften gerne ein wenig mehr Willkommensfreude ausstrahlen. Herzlich Cornelia

Clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly helpful and the location was great for access to the university- access to the city is a little harder, but a very pleasant walk.

Bellissimo edificio vicino all'università e centro città. Personale gentilissimo e colazione eccellente.

Zeer goed verblijf, uitgebreid ontbijt en erg vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een kamer van 6. Spijtig dat het toilet niet in een eigen ruimte stond.

A nice hostel and this included breakfast. The rooms and beds were nice with bathroom and toilet en suite. Also you could purchase mid day dinner and evening meal. Buses were nearby from the University across the road, going to the bus station and the Hauptbanhof. A good venue to stay for the Bayreuth Festival if you do not want to splash out large amounts on expensive hotel accommodation in the town or nearby.

Familienzimmer sollten ein Doppelbett haben; Übernachtung sollte auch für DJH-Nichtmitglieder möglich sein.
