Viajero Cali Hostel & Salsa School

The hostel was very clean, staff were friendly, and there were constantly social events going on that you could join. Karín and all the other staff and volunteers I talked to were amazing and made my experience at the hostel even better!

Best hostel yet! Karin made our experience of Cali amazing. The activities were so well organised and so much fun, all the staff were super friendly. Everywhere in the hostel was really clean and comfortable too. We didn’t want to leave!

L’hostel est très bien placé dans le quartier de San Antonio. Les dortoirs sont spacieux et propres tout comme le reste de l’hostel. La cuisine est bien équipée et il y a des activités tous les jours. Je recommande les cours de Salsa privés avec Sofia ainsi que les free Salsa Lessons quotidiens :) Merci à Karín pour l’organisation de toutes les activités, notamment la dégustation de fruits colombiens et le Party Bus du vendredi soir :)

It was an AMAZING experience to stay here!! The people, the vibe and of course the salsa;))!! The staff is very kind and helpful ig you need anything at all. I especially had a good experience with Juanda and Karen🥰!

Really good, super social. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. Sometimes it felt a little pushy to join hostel events when I mentioned I was going to a local one, but overall was really good!

J'ai passé un super séjour à El Viajero ! Le staff est super aimable, à l'écoute et toujours prêt à répondre aux questions. Les chambres sont agréables et propres, comme la cuisine qui est super bien tenue. L'emplacement est idéal.Lo . séjour de 4 jours s'est transformé en séjour de 2 semaines! Merci encore à Karen, Kevin, Juanda et Ruben pour leur serviabilité et aimabilité. À bientôt !

Very established. Had everything a tourist could need. Not a very personal feel.

I had a great time here and met lovely people. I really liked that the bed had curtains but there was no wooden enclosure so tall people could stick their feet out :)

By far my favorite viajero! The staff was so kind, friendly, and personable and remembered everyone’s name, which I always appreciate. Very social atmosphere and lots of fun activities planned by Karin! He did a great job at bringing everyone together in a safe and fun environment. Also loved all the salsa classes they offered ! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location and a fun hostel to stay at in Cali. The staff were friendly and there were lots of events going on everyday which were organised well (shout out Karin for being a great host). The rooms were big and clean too. Only small thing was the kitchen was not too great so those facilities could be improved. Would recommend here to all travellers!

The hostel is one of the best Viajeros I’ve stayed in! The rooms are spacious and the common area and dance space is amazing! Karin is a great social rep, organizes fun activities and social programs! Would absolutely recommend!

Great hostel and friendly staff. The common areas are clean and there are many activities, the host Karin had the best energy and helped us to connect and have fun.

Me encantó el trato tan amable del staff, en especial Karin, que siempre hacía con que todos nos sintiéramos bien en todos los momentos.

Private rooms were great although I was right by the front door so would get woken up a lot. Communal area great and swimming pool. Salsa lessons being on the property made it. Karin is the best entertainment / activity host and there was so much to do with hostel and he goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. I ended up staying for 2 and a half weeks as I didn’t want to leave. The salsa teachers are also incredible there and you can get privates or just enjoy the free classes everyday.

I had an amazing time at Viajero! I even had to extent to a 2 week stay! Great staff and host (Karin!) who create a great atmosphere and make it easy to create new friends! Good place if you want to start learning Salso or if you want to simply get better. Tip: the partybus is absolutely bonkers😉
