Afei Surf Jialeshuei

The hostel was very cute and aesthetic. It was quite and local, but there were ants under our mattresses in the bedroom. The AC in the rooms was great and the shower was also with warm water. The hostel has a very warm environment but it is not very social so I would reccommend coming with a friend. Right next to the surfer beach and the sunsets while surfing are amazing.

Parfait pour le prix. J’ai pris une chambre privée et j’ai adorée!! aucun commentaire négatif. Situé devant la plage et parfait pour un trip plus loin de la grande ville. Personnel accueillant et endroit magnifique.

L’auberge est un peu éloignée de la ville mais accessible en voiture sans problème. Les lits sont confortables mais il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. Il est possible de faire du surf en collaboration avec l’auberge pour un prix tout a fait correct! Ils proposent de bons repas et déjeuners cela vous évitera de devoir aller en ville. Je recommande si vous avez une voiture et que vous ne restez pas trop longtemps.

I think this hostel would be perfect in summer when you’re a full time surfer since the beach is super close. But there were no other guests when we were there and the bus to the city does not come often so we would recommend getting a scooter (we wish we did). There are no stores close by but the host definitely knows how to cook!

Afei Surf Hostel has the potential to be a nice hostel, but there are a few things that need to change. The atmosphere is super cozy, the hostel is close to the beach and there is a bus connection. Also the stuff is very helpful. But the hostel is not locked so anyone can enter, also its not the cleanist (people are stepping on the table, bugs, mosquitos and lizards coming inside since there us no protection at the windows).
