great place, very diligent staff, good equipped kitchen

Stayed here a few times and always loved it. Great layout, clean and well equipped kitchen, awesome communal areas with big pool, pool tables, comfy couches, books, games, bar etc. Right on the beach, in the heart of town and clean bathooms. Everything you need from a backpackers

The girls all work very hard and are good sources of info, the only thing wrong is the water… and the rooms could be better ventilated. But good value and a great location.

The pool in the inner patio looks stunning! There is a cosy picnic area. The room however was the most basic of basics. Looked a bit like a prison cell. Bed linens were somehow made of polyester, which is the absolute worst to sleep under. Felt like sleeping under a plastic bag. Cleanliness was overall pretty bad as well. Did not see any roaches or mice, so that was a good thing

Used this backpackers many times. It needs better management- nobody look after a cleanliness of common area. Cleaners are the backpakers themselves who do the job for cheaper accomodation rates and they do the cleaning up to their abilities and standards. But it is a magements responsibility to make sure the job is done to the acceptable standards, otherwise why have a manager, to get the salary? There was 1 cm of scam on every tap in the kitchen , the toilets sinks are calcified. Disgusting

Shower heads need replacing, soap in bathroom smells like anus, sponges in kitchen need to be replaced more frequently, insufficient number of tea towels for drying dishes. No paper towel near BBQ area and as a result others often left the area dirty. More shelving needed in fridges and freezers, insufficient space for everyone to store perishables. Kitchen soap was severely watered down. People vaping around couch area which is illegal. Could be so much better with a little love put in.

Rec area well maintained and good atmosphere created Bedrooms could improve with a table and lamps as feel institutional especially fluorescent lighting Kitchen needs more shelves food storage for refrigeration , cookware renewed. Staff friendly and helpful

A good place for coral bay !

Bad toilets and shower facilities. Bad smell and old ,needs to be renovated. Not satified with reception girl.(not service minded at all) Roms are small and extremly simple with terrible bed sheets. Children not allowed in pool but perfektly fine to smoke right under the no smoking sign. The list could be done quite long to be honest.

Facilities were great and location was very good! The rooms were really clean and well presented. Staff were very helpful.

Facilities are good but you are not allowed to use them after 9 pm. Not comon area, not kitchen. You are sent to your cell or elsewhere. Music was blaring most of days and staff did not pay attention to our requests to turn it down , justified that other guests like it. Staff was rude when kicking us out of common area, " You have to leave now! I am closing the area!". Most of staff are foreign backpackers who work there for their accommodation. Probably not trained properly.

Our room smelled really musty and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. The kitchen was very limited in terms of plates, bowls, and utensils. If all you need is a bed and 4 walls, this is a good place. If you want something a bit nicer I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Great location, the accommodations are basic but clean. Bathroom is shared but clean, and the kitchen quite useful. All in all a great option

Overall it was a good place, the only thing made my stay worse was the cockroches falling from the air-conditioning. It took my half n hour battle to kill 2 of them and then the 3rd one dropped on my pillow. It was a horrible experience.

Great place to unwind and relax

Excellent place, great location and spacious and clean. Just don't stay in the room next to the pub unless you like howling and screaming.

Staff were friendly but kitchen was not clean. Well located and clean comfy beds. Good value

Only place available at short notice. Comfortable for 3 adults for 2 nights
