Lijiang Desti Youth Park Hostel Shuhe Ancient Town

Nice staff, nice enough place... not really suited for English speakers. At least thats my experience. If your in a group. Yes I recommend... solo... Na. I like places with info on tours etc, as advertised, but this place had none... kind of left me a bit lost....

Clean hotel with good facilities. Good location for Shuhe ancient town (not Lijiang ancient town). However this hostel is not for foreigners there was no English spoken by the staff and no information on how to get about getting to places or day trips available.

Large hostel with loads of facilities

Great hostel to meet new people

Amazing hostel. Might be even better during summer time. Sadly there are not a lot of heated spaces during wintertime. Also, the bathrooms could be checked more often, I had some bad surprises. But still absolutely recommend this hostel, the staff was very pleasant and helpful!

nice spot if you wanna stay in shuhe. really big hostel, predominantly young Chinese guests so didn't manage to socialize.

Super clean and helpful staff. Lots of good amenities and they have a lovely dog. Not many English speaking guests which meant it’s tougher to socialise but other than that it was a great place to stay for a couple nights.

Nice place! The rooms were really nice, modern and well equipped. They had a really nice cafe with great coffee and snacks. The staff are really friendly and speak great English too. The only issue was people kept leaving the door of dorm room wide open during the day which was concerning for security reasons, and after heavy rain there was a leak that was dripping into the room for 2 days. Everything else was great though and I would recommend this place!
