Ginger Hostel

First Time in a hostel and it was a very positive experience. Good facilities, breakfast included, very good location for walking into the old town / to the castle and easy to get to from the airport on a bus.

Very kind people working there. Overall clean facility. Not too far from old town. Free breakfast. Would recommend to others visiting!

The owners are really friendly and go out of their way to prepare breakfast. Although it’s a bit further from the old town, you get to enjoy the peace and quiet, and it’s easy to get to the main station or, for example, the saltmine by bus.

Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden, wenn ich wieder in Krakau bin, komme ich wieder :) hatte eig ein gemischtes Dorm gebucht, da es mir ein reines Frauenzimmer nicht angezeigt hat, kam dann aber in ein Frauen dorm und wir waren sogar nur zu 3. Der Rezeptionist konnte kein Englisch, aber man verstand sich auch so und er war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. 10/10 Weiterempfehlung

The hotel is clean and quiet. Ideal if you want to rest. Staff is friendly and breakfast is ok. They have hair dryers in the toilet so that’s great. There are supermarkets and cafes around and it’s a short walk to the centre

Molto consigliato, il personale non molto presente. La maggior parte del tempo la reception non era presente, questa unica pecca. Per il resto davvero un bell'ostello con colazione inclusa!

Don't really recommend. The reception is hardly ever there, even though they claim to have 24/7 reception; sometimes there is only one employee who doesn't speak english. The wifi was pretty unstable, and often you had to use the wifi from another room, because the one in the room I stayed at didn't work. They also didn't refill the toilet paper too often, so sometimes it just ran out and wasn't replaced until the next day. That being said: it's a cute place, location is good, breakfast too.

I had a great experience at this hostel. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The facilities were clean and the location is very convenient for getting around the city. I felt comfortable and welcome during my stay. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Really nice hostel, good location to walk into the Jewish quarter and easy to get to via public transport. All staff were really lovely and welcoming, hostel was clean with a good breakfast included and useful kitchen facilities. We could leave our bags and the check in and out times are good.

Parfait, confortable, propre mais surtout très bien situé pour se balader dans Cracovie. Excellent petit déjeuner gratuit, très complet. Je recommande.

It was a good experience here. The location is close with everything. It is so easy to explore around. The staffs are kind and helpful. I will definitely go back and stay there again😊

The best hostel experience I’ve had!

Staff was great! friendly, cosy vibe. Breakfast was great. I was the only person to check into my hostel room, so I had the whole room to myself for 2 nights.

Incredibly secure and clean. It’s a very quiet hostel and perfect for someone looking to recharge or relax. I would definitely stay again and I extended my stay like 4 times because it was exactly what I needed. The workers are very friendly.

Great location! The hostel is really close to Wawel Castle and also has several bus and tram stops just a minute away. Room and toilets were incredibly clean, with good sized lockers for bags, and breakfast was included in the stay as well. Small note that the hostel can be hard to locate at first as the sign isn’t obvious from the street, and you have to go up a few flights of stairs afterwards. Doors to the rooms do not have locks on them but I personally did not have a problem with that

Didn’t feel comfy in the hostel and had to get an air bnb for the majority of our stay in Krakow. Not the most welcoming when we came in, and we expected a better hostel from the photos and rating. Kitchen was spacey and had facilities and space to cook (including breakfast too) but there was only 1 tiny communal bathroom and the entry to the hostel was sketchy. When we arrived, male maintenance was in and out for about an hour and considering we had a female only wasn’t comforting.

Really great located. The rooms have AC and lockers, however the smell in my room was terrible and the bathrooms also were not really clean.

Mijn matras was doorgezakt waardoor ik in een kuil lag. Toen ik aankwam om 18:00 uur was er al niemand bij de receptie. De airco stond uit en kon niet aan terwijl de kamer ontzettend warm was. Ik heb hierdoor 1,5 uur geslapen
