Was easy coming to gain access to the building and everything but this place was pretty bad. Bed was hard as a rock, pillow they provided had little support, the bunks creaked very loudly, and the locker they provided was loud and kind of flimsy. Only highlight was the bathrooms they had a lot of space and were relatively clean.
The description of this property was not accurate. “Services” were not as described. No bar, cafe or meals available. No shuttle services to airport and I’m not sure how they would store your luggage. There were no staff physically present. But that was okay. The location was… okay. Didn’t look like the best neighborhood but the inside was clean and secure. For the money spent, you could get much more at a different hostel.

Der Bettbezug war aus Plastik, und es ist ein Hostel ohne Personal und ohne Küche, gefühlt keine anderen Leute da. Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht wenn man plant länger in Krakau zu bleiben.
Hostel plutôt bien situé (15min à pied du centre et de la gare), propre dans l'ensemble mais pas vraiment de personnel sur place (quasi tout se passe en ligne) et literie très vieillotte, dommage ! Mais ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix

it’s a great place - new with all necessary facilities in a great location about 5min walk to centre of old town. however, this is not a hostel. it is more of an airbnb situation with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. you will definitely not meet anyone here and no one young. i saw one other person the entire time i stayed. if you book the ‘deluxe single private shared bathroom’ you are on a pull out couch. the owners seemed to think this was in the description but it is not on the w...
Tuvimos un inconveniente, ya que en la aplicación sale una dirección pero al momento de colocarnos en contacto, nos dicen qué hay que ir a otro lugar. Harta gente de edad avanzada en las piezas mixtas , lo cual para una mejor convivencia debería ser estudiado. La limpieza era óptima, y no era ruidoso.
