Garden of Eden Dive Resort

The dormitory is almost like an after thought of this property. The dormitory is right up the back of the property with no hot water (unlike all the other bungalows) and doesn’t get serviced daily. Room is spacious for a 10 bed dormitory and the staff were very friendly.

Okay don’t get me wrong, the whole resort itself is super nice with the pool and everything. But the hostel consists of one room, no curtains = no privacy, airconditioner gets only turned on if at least 3 people are there ( i had 2/4 nights it off), the bathroom wasn’t cleaned once and there were constant issues with the water. The first evening they fixed the shower, but on the third night nothing was working and someone came but it didn’t get fixed. Not very social but that’s the are...

I had an amazing stay at the hostel inside Garden of Eden Dive Resort. It was the perfect blend of nature and city life, offering a peaceful escape while still being close to everything. I was traveling solo around the Philippines, and as a scuba diving enthusiast, this place was a dream come true. The dive center at the resort was super convenient, with easy access to some incredible dive sites. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and dive – highly recommend it!

My partner and I had an incredible stay at this hostel in Sabang, Puerto Galera! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The location is perfect just a short walk to the main boulevard and close to everything. We stayed in a shared room and met amazing people, which made the experience even better. The owner was super friendly and gave us great tips. Scuba diving was a dream, well-organized with wonderful marine life. Plus, the pool was a fun bonus! Such a happy, unforgettable trip.
