Hostal Toro Toro

L’endroit est assez propre mais pour ce qui est des salles de bain partagées, une à un carreau de la porte cassée (du couloir on a la vue directe sur la personne qui se douche) et l’autre fuit (l’eau ne coule pas par le pommeau mais par le tuyau). Le petit déjeuner est très complet (œufs, fruits, confiture, jus de fruit frais,…) mais met longtemps à être servi (lorsqu’on a une excursion prévue, venir longtemps à l’avance au petit déjeuner - 30min d’attente pour ma part)

Ein schönes, sauberes und super gelegenes Hostel! Die Betten waren leider nicht sehr bequem. An sich eine sehr gute Erfahrung, aber beim Check-in haben wir leider keine gute Erfahrung mit der Hostelbesitzerin gemacht. Obwohl wir 3 Übernachtungen inklusive Frühstück gebucht hatten, hat die Besitzerin behauptet wir müssten für das Frühstück extra zahlen, weil sie der Meinung sei, dass das sonst zu billig wäre. Wir haben uns sehr über den Tisch gezogen gefühlt. Nicht okay!

I rarely give such low feedback. This place had no atmosphere. I got no introduction when I arrived and had to actively search (!) for staff to ask. One night someone locked the hallway door and I had to climb a railing to get out of my room. There were no other travellers. They left me sitting around on checkin even though the room had been ready. When I told them I was sick I reluctantly got a tea. Common area was chaotic and seemed neglected. Cannot recommend for a solo traveller!

The property itself is nice, clean and well located. There are however big disparities between what they sell on the app and what they give you once there. I had seen some reviews that said they had booked a private room and ended up having to share it with someone else. When we got there, the lady immediately told us we needed to pay more than what it said in the app and when we refused she gave us a worse room that what we had reserved. I can only partially recommend unfortunately.

A lovely place to stay in Torotoro. I had unfortunately picked up a stomach bug in La Paz before heading here so was confined to the property for the two days I was visiting, but the owner was nice enough to suggest and cook meals specifically to help with my illness and I really appreciated that a lot.

Great location, right in the centre of town near the park office and colectivos to Cochabamba. Staff are so friendly and helpful, free breakfast is great and they sell bread too which is great for when visiting the park. Onsite restaurant is great, definitely recommend the pizza! Rooms are great, beds comfy and it’s quiet at night so you can sleep. The whole town is quiet as everyone is up early. Would definitely recommend it here

super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei guter Lage und typischen Bolivianischen Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten, aber alles was man braucht. Haben eigentlich ein Privatzimmer gebucht, waren dann doch mit jemandem zusammen. Für den Preis haben wir jedoch nicht gemeckert.

we stayed for 3 nights while exploring the NP. the lady who runs the hostel a very welcoming! the wifi was the best I had in whole Bolivia. in the backyard is a bakery. you can ask to buy freshly baked bread in the evening. also the restaurant offers good food. at first the shower was cold but they fixed it very quickly. the common area has cool decorations. I would definitely stay here again.

Faites attention les prix indiquer pour les chambres sont par personnes et non par habitación. On nous a dit OK le 1er jour pour 2 nuit quand on a voulu en prendre une 3eme ils nous on reclamer plus de 200bob en plus . Pas une goutte d eau chaude.

Seuls bémols sont la wifi très moyenne et l’eau froide dans la douche sur les 3/4 du séjour Si l’hostel est très bien placé, personnel très sympa et petit dej ok

Great place close to national parks entrance and good area. The breakfast was super basic just bread and jam and coffee but you could pay extra for a full style breakfast. Was very cheap for the price we paid and would recommend staying!

Simple Tools, but nice breakfast room, and helpful staff. It is a Hotel, so Almost no Community or atmosphere. Very Near to ticket and guide Office. I would rebook it.

We had a very nice stay at Hostal Toro Toro. Especially the host was very lovely and helpful! The food from the restaurant was great, also for vegetarians. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent! The hostel is centrally located near the market, the trasport offices and only a 5 minute walk to the tour guides office. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are good sized. The owner is very nice and friendly and very willing to accomodate you. Plenty of space in the restaurant and patio, they even had a cultural event during my stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Great hostel! The location is right at the center of town. The price was great considering i got a whole room to myself. The hostel prettied up the place with fake stagalamites on the roof which was cool. Normal hostel breakfast bread and fruit with cafe and juice. Sufficient bathrooms never dirty but not like The Ritz. Comfy beds overall great!

We had the best time in the hostel! We had bond fire and pizza nights where everybody in the hostel was socializing. The room was spacious and super clean and the staff is extremely kind and sweet. Overall we had an awesome stay :)

Loved our stay here. We got a private room and the room was nicely decorated (even had a tv), the beds were comfy, hot showers and a nice restaurant downstairs
