+ Sin duda la arquitectura y el diseño de interiores del lugar son excelentes, todo es super instagrameable. Si te gusta tomar fotos lindas y hacer nuevas amigas, ese es el lugar ideal! Y las bebidas del bar son súper buenas.

- No me gustó que no hay una buena experiencia de huésped desde la llegada al hostal. Cuando llegué estaba cerrado y tuve que esperar a que llegara alguien de recepción; en general la atención se siente poco atenta comparada con otros hostales. Además, la limpieza tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad. El lugar tiene muchísimo potencial, pero no se aprovecha del todo.

+ ME ENCANTO! QUE BELLO HOTEL! Personal muy amable, tranquilo y relajante hotel/hostal. Las lnstalciones muy bellas y buenas. La alberca muy agusto, al igual que los jacuzzis de arriba.

- Tal ves que pasando las 10pm, no es fácil encontrar a los chicos de recepción. Pero al final los pude encontrar.

+ Hostel muito lindo, organizado e limpo. As fotos realmente correspondem com a realidade. A equipe do hostel foi gentil em me enviar um vídeo explicando exatamente como entrar na hospedagem, considerando que cheguei fora do horário de check in. As diárias estavam com um bom valor promocional e a piscina era muito limpa.

- Não havia uma cozinha que os hóspedes pudessem usar e a localização não era na região central, apesar de estar descrito nas informações, e a região não era bonita. Para mulheres que viajam solo, recomendo se hospedar mais no centro, acerca da Calle 47. O wi-fi falhava algumas vezes, principalmente, nos quartos.

+ The design of this place was just amazing, super clean and very nice people.

- The 6 bed female dorm is a bit small, if it is fully booked there is not lot of space inside to move. Another thing I didn't like was the high deposit for the key, 800 pesos! They also rent this place for photo shooting and the first day I couldn't enjoy my time by the pool cuz it was full with photographers and models!

+ Puedo decir que es mi hostal favorito en todo México.

- Que al momento del check in me dieron a revisar y firmar las condiciones en inglés siendo nacional y a pesar de haberles mostrado mi INE. Que se tiene que pagar un depósito de 800 pesos sí o sí al momento del check in. Perdí la llave de mi habitación y literal costó el depósito.

- Un peu loin de la ville. Bruyant à cause des chiens. Attention toutes les chambres n'ont pas une salle de bain privative

+ Beds were comfortable ---- but the linens were DINGY -looking and the top cover was rough and scratchy.

- The manager made me give them 800 pesos as a deposit for the key/ damage. I have still NOT RECEIVED the REFUND to my banking/debit account, and it has been now FIVE days.....!!!

+ Me gustó mucho el lugar. Súper aesthetic y muy rosa bonito! Es un lugar agradable, chiquito y privado. Creo que la atención fue muy buena y la habitación que tuvimos estaba muy linda y cómoda. Tuvimos la oportunidad de incluso prestar un juego de mesa para pasar el rato, todo el personal es muy amable. Es un lugar muy bonito y se ve precioso en la noche.

- Llegamos tarde al check in (como a las 4pm) y aún así la habitación no estaba lista, tuvimos que esperar unos 15-20 minutos para que nos la entreguen, además nos comentaron que no habían toallas, solo nos dejaron toallas de mano que son pequeñas y son insuficientes para bañarte o meterte en la piscina, estaría bien que comenten esas situaciones antes de llegar para tomar en cuenta.

+ - Het is een hele mooie accommodatie en ziet eruit als op de foto’s. - wij verbleven in de 2 persoons suite met eigen badkamer en die was ruim en schoon. Ook het bed lag lekker en er was een grote tv en koelkastje. - er is (bijna) elke dag schoonmaak beschikbaar als je wil.

- - vrij gehorig. Het leek alsof er een pomp op het dak van onze kamer stond die je de hele nacht hoort. Als je moe bent slaap je er doorheen, maar het is niet prettig. Ook leek de verzamelplaats van de schoonmakers naast ons te zijn (kamer 7), en hier zitten ze al vroeg sochtends te praten of op maximaal volume films te kijken op hun telefoon. - we hebben eenmaal een lunch geprobeerd bij het hostel, maar dat is niet de moeite en prijs kwaliteitverhouding uit balans. - de bar vonden we ook erg prijzig.

+ Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Amate. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Design – alles in Rosa gehalten ist wirklich etwas Besonderes! Der Pool ist toll, und auch die Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight – ich habe dort morgens Yoga gemacht. Unser Zimmer (Zweibettzimmer) war sehr schön, die Betten waren groß und super bequem. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch sofort unterstützt, als unser Gepäck verspätet angekommen ist. Die Lage ist gut. Wir haben uns die Fahrräder ausgeliehen (das kostet allerdings zusätzlich) und sind damit in die Stadt gefahren. Man könnte aber auch in 20 Minuten zum zentralen Platz laufen.

- Die Fenster im Zimmer ließen sich leider nicht öffnen. Vor allem im Bad nach dem Duschen wäre das hilfreich gewesen, da es auch keine Lüftung gibt.
