Seoul Cube Itaewon

Overall too expensive for what you get. Even though the location is very near the nightclub scene, there wasn’t any social vibe within the hostel itself and it’s in a run down alley with boarded up clubs and bars. The front desk employee was texting the entire time I was checking in with him. They say they have a fridge for guests but it was smaller than any fridge I’ve seen and my food was warm when I took it out the next day. This is in a great part of Itaewon, super walkable to bars and restaurants. The private room was very clean with a newly renovated bathroom. There were a few doors with codes to get through so it felt very safe.

The hostel was amazing !!! The stuff were so lovely and the manager was so friendly !

When we arrived there was no one to check us in, which I made us feel like we were sneaking in and not welcomed. The cubes are cozy and feel very private but the rest of the hostel is cramped and there is not really a good place to gather and meet other travellers which is the main reason I stay at hostels. We ended up needing to leave early and we talked to the staff that night about getting a refund. They were so gracious and worked hard to get us a portion of our payment back.

A good hostel for an overnight stay. There’s a small communal kitchen and a well stocked grocery store nearby (24 hour Home Mart, not the Foreigner food one which has way less options), in case you want to cook yourself some meals. Breakfast is basic, but beds are quiet and overall the facility is well kept and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It has a great location being very close to all the action in Itaewon. This is a great option for a place to crash after a long night. Because of the nature of night life in Itaewon, be aware that it's likely other people in your dorm will be entering the sleeping area during the night and they might wake you up. Neither hostel nor capsule hotel, this faceless place makes no effort. You sleep in a dorm room. Shower and toilet are quite far from the rooms, and there were only two toilets for 18 people - one of them in a shower so constantly occupied in the morning. When staff were present, they were rude. The cleaner comes at 11am sharp and woke me up. The location on Homo Hill was unbeatable for me, however.

Nice bathrooms and bed areas were super neat and clean! Noise TRAVELS though, and very small common area! Clean though!

it was so freaking loud and i basically never saw an employee. Also I couldnt sleep because wven though there were curtains, lights stay on right in front of them 24/7. It just seeps in so your forced to try to sleep in a cube with zero sound proofing to LOUD MUSIC until 7 a.m. And you have light beems blasting into your cube from 2 feet away. WACK.

nice beds and common area but the staff just moped around the hostel and didn’t interact with any of the guests at all. we had to self check in, even though three staff members were lounging on the couch right next to the front desk. the guy working would say hi in passing, but the girls were unfriendly and not welcoming.

No secure locker storage for luggage. Quite a loud hostel with everyone getting back early hours of the morning as the area has plenty of nightclubs. Very basic breakfast, no real vibe in the communal area - usually empty

the hostel is close to the station and also not far from the main street of Itaewon. a free breakfast provided daily by the hostel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it I will definitely come back again.

nice hostel. do use the lockers causecause doors within the hostel are frequently unlocked or left open. a very clean place eith great showers. staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good! nice location loads of bars nearby and 2 mins to itaewon station.

Very good hostel with a good vibe. Located in Itaewon, which is the foreigner-friendly neighbourhood. There are some great clubs around so it is crowded until early in the morning, but inside the hostel, it still quiet.

Great value! Loved the location! 5 min walk to metro. Close to homo hill. Amazing food nearby! Not much of an innate social vibe or space. Staff were great, hung out with me and invited me around the city. It was cold but there were mattress heaters for use and a/c heat. Limitless towels. My only complaint is how loud the room doors were because of effort/common sense needed to close properly. Definitely a hostel for seasoned travelers who understand etiquette. Thanks so much!

Super clean! Super comfortable! Very close to Itaewon and walking distance to the main strip!

Very happy, lockers can only fit a smaller carry on, but for what i payed per night, i was happy with how the facilities and everything were. Would recommend! and will be returning for future trips!

dirty is a nice word to describe the ladies bathroom, I ask to the girl that was working to please clean it a little bit and she never did. The volunteers where not nice, they didn't help you with anything. The location is good.
