i arrived there at 8 am ,requested for the early check in for extra fees but they denied,i requested if i could just charge my phone in the common area, again she refused it saying that only the checked in guest are allowed to use commom area, after pondering for some time she said i have to pay full new fees again if i want to check in,since i had no other option i paid.the staff were not friendly at all they didn’t speak english while translating in google they were irritated like seriously...

Very good hostel, perfect location, good value for money. Stuff can be a bit more accommodating when it comes to giving you a bottom bunk when one is available.

Hóspedes muito desrespeitosos, fazem barulho de manhã, madrugada… não respeitam nada. Seria interessante se a administração tomasse alguma medida

Long walk up creaky old stairs wasn't fun, but I travel with the kitchen sink. For the average person, it will be a bit of much welcomed exercise. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet; Price was very affordable; The location is fantastic. In the heart of Old Lviv.

Did not stay there. The door was locked and the doorbell was not answered when I arrived around 6pm. There is a Ukrainian phone number but the phone was not answered. Not possible to reach Hostelworld support.

Great location it can’t be better than this , friendly and helpful receptionist .
