Stardust House

Questa e una crack house non un ostello e un posto sporco puzzolente e pieno di gente che scoreggia , uno schifo totale , sporco e niente mancano solo i ratti

È la seconda volta che torno in questo Ostello. Tutto bene, lo staff gentile... a parte che quelli che andavano al bagno la notte lasciavano la porta aperta.

for the price and for few nights it was ok, rooms light and spacey, in good part of the city some guests are weird and noisy, the kitchen is small one of the bathrooms runs out of hot water very fast.. The volunteers were very friendly and helpfull

Cogimos una habitación privada para dos noches y solo dormimos, la habitación sin luz , los enchufes también, no había agua calientes, lo peor que uno de los que lleva el hotel se peleó con alguien, fue horrible , sucio las paredes con humedades ect

worst hostel i've been to yet. there is just one warm shower for the whole place, no toilet paper on the toilets. we didn't get blankets or towels. even though we booked a 4-bedded room, but couldn't get in, because it was already full. there is no space for storage. our room was not closeable, we could hear all noises in the hallway all night. the manager came to discuss at midnight while we were headed to bed and wanted us to pay. they have problems with homeless people getting in and stealing

Stated there my first two nights for €14 a night. Good value and decent location but the place was a mess. poor WiFi, black mold and the place is kind of falling apart. Not a great vibe from the people the staff were all chill, especially Jesus, would avoid in the future though.

I had a great time at Stardust Hostel. Very good value for money for a single room. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Respirer etait un problème : aucune aération dans un dortoir de 11m² sans fenêtre ou un autre où ça puait le joint sans que le manager ne reagisse. Finalement, c'est sur le Roof top que je suis allé dormir. Le problème se limitait alors aux piqûres des insectes du vieux matelas que j'ai squatté...

Position super and the girls and guys from the staff were fantastic! A suggest place to stay!

I would just recommend this hostel in a extreme situation. Weird people, I saw a rat in my room on my last night, nothing on the kitchen to cook (not even a fork). The beds are comfortable, so this helped a little bit. But still, if you wanna enjoy your vacation this is not the place.

Was closed for emergency when I arrived and was not notified, which made finding a new place tough and took a lot of time.

Almost funny how bad this place is - can’t recommend it, unless you like bed bugs and fuckwits. Genuinely though, it’s disgusting and semi scary!

Mit første møde var en mand, der ikke kunne komme ind fordi koden var blevet ændret. Han have boet der i 10 dage og sagde det var forfærdeligt. Det var slidt. Der lugtede på værelset. Der var intet vindue og dårlig mulighed for at lufte ud. Sengelinned virkede rent, men resten var beskidt. Der var ikke håndsæbe på toilettet. Skulle jeg have boet der mere end en enkelt nat havde jeg fundet et andet sted. Dårlig atmosfære. Ham det tog i mod var svær at kommunikere med. Badeværels...

Only 2 toilets and 2 showers with no ventilation for all the people, one of them broken. Toilet paper no replaced. Can't make laundry by yourself, so has been done with no soap by the personnel (probably neither the soap was replaced). Broken doors and furniture. And, most of all, in my entire room (6 bed) is infested by mites or fleas, and all the occupants suffered bites on the whole body.

The room was dingy and dirty, there were strange brown stains on the walls. There is an upper window in the room to the other room which you are unable to close. The towel is not in the room, you have to follow the owner and ask him. I found insects in my bed before going to bed, the next day too. The worst hostel I've ever been to. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I came back here after quiet a year and I must say the upgrade is amazing! The guy welcoming you in is nice and genuine and the environment is super creative, clean rooms and toilets with an amazing rooftop, with wiew on the ocean, where you will surely meet someone special for your travel! Enjoy it!

El alojamiento no es un hostel. Mas bien es una pensión donde vive gente diversa. El sistema eléctrico es peligroso, enchufan en un mismo enchufe varios aparatos. No hay vajilla y fumigaron sin avisar a los huéspedes. Lo peor es que cuando llegué dejé mi maleta sin candado en el dormitorio y mientras hablaba con uno de los que dirigen el "hostel" me robaron de la maleta el neceser. Conseguí que me devolvieran el neceser pero totalmente vacío. Lo desvalijaron totalmente. Los robos son fre...

clearly they have some booking problems dealing with more then one app. They had me staying in different houses and rooms only til the 4th then I left. Beware of room number 3, during my staying it was infested with bed mites that got on me and all my clothes and luggage, I had to go to an hospital because it got me scabies. I slept on the roof for the last three nights cause I couldn't stand staying in that room. If you need to stay at stardust I would suggest to book no more than one night

Amazing rooftop terrace, fun people, and a fun stay. A little too far from the beach, but the charming Old Town of Vegueta more than made up for that. Will come back.
