The lockers for bag storage have no way of locking them. But you can leave your bags with the security. I am also not sure because I didn’t see any but my boyfriend and I woke up with bug bites all over us not sure if it’s from the bed or not. Otherwise the place is a little chaotic because there’s so many people but overall I felt safe and enjoyed my time and I would recommend.

La gente de la recepción no es muy amable. Todo el rato hablando sin atender a los clientes. Tenía que esperar mucho tiempo. Además cobra para todo. Para dejar la maleta, cambiar las toallas, todo… Como hay demasiada gente hace bastante ruido hasta las tantas.

The place was good and the room was nice to stay in with a bathroom in the room. I’m not sure if there was a school group or whatnot but went down to the bar at 10pm and there was about 40+ 16 year olds so felt a bit weird tbh.

Had a lot of issues with my stay here: wifi didn’t really work in room, couldn’t lock locker as it still opened with padlock attached, had to wait a while to check-in. The layout of the dorm rooms is not well thought out, I had to sleep in a single bed (not bunk bed) directly facing the door so no privacy at all. People walking into room and directly past me made me feel uncomfortable. Also a lot of school groups and no kitchen so not a social hostel.

Cool spot but it feels a lot more like a hotel than a hostel because it’s massive and didn’t seem to have a lot of activities going on to meet other travelers.

Me llevé una sorpresa con Plus Florence. Es un mundo adentro. Tienen de todo. Para mines la primera vez y me llevé una sorpresa muy grata. Compartí la habitacion con 5 chicas y tuve suerte que estuvo todo bien pero se que se puede pedir habitacion sola o compartida. Vi gente de todas las edades. Es un lugar para recomendar. Volvería sin niguna duda.

Stayed here again for a night and really one of the best hostels in Florence. Cheap but also extremely clean. The breakfast is also superb!!

Highlights of this hostel were the free towel, shampoo, and bar of soap!! The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The staff was very nice and there was almost always a security guard standing by the front door. While the location is a small walk to the center of the city, it is not an issue at all. I would 100% recommend this hostel to young travelers in Florence.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. Pool & restaurant were amazing. The bathrooms- omg!!! Best hostel bathrooms I’ve seen. Staff were very nice and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

female bedroom of 5 was great. the beds were tall and solid, some of the best i'v seen in hostes. the room it was a little bit small for 5. super clean.

Muy bueno el Hostel, las sábanas limpias el colchón y almohada muy cómodas. El baño impecable, en cuanto a limpieza todo genial. Lo único a criticar es el ruido que hacen las camas, mucho ruido cuando uno se mueve y más el de arriba. El resto todo perfecto

Lovely hostel, has everything you need, was clean and quite modern. Would definitely recommend
