The location is an absolute 10 I think hostels are an acquired taste. Steve, friendly, reasonably responsive to the degree they could be. So mostly a very positive experience for me.

Es un Hostel raro, dentro de un convento. La cama muy cómoda, colchón y almohada nuevos, pero la habitación y el baño sucios. Les falta un poco de cuidado. Muy bien ubicado

Buen hostel, habitacion amplia y camas comodas. Baño en la habitación. Buena ubicación.

Cleaning could use a slight improvement but overall was a great stay! I was reading reviews before and during my stay and they definitely read the reviews and improve with them! Bathrooms could use a little more love but overall great stay!! And very very cool place!

I have nothing bad to say about this hostel it was amazing. PERFECT location right next to the river and city centre, clean rooms. It’s built into the back of a church and is so beautiful with ceiling paintings.

Posto aplendido, la ragazza di origini pakistane alla reception davvero accogliente e professionale, un sorriso caloroso in un posto per il resto abbastanza austero. Proporrei di curare un pochino di più la pulizia nel giardinetto, dove si sente un odore stantio, forse legato alle deiezioni dei piccioni. Nel complesso un posto bello, con tante potenzialità

Very very noisy. People don't have empaty because they speak loudly every hour they enter the building. I can't sleep well for my two nights.

Bathroom stank of sick and was always dirty. No hand soap, no toilet roll. Kitchen was rank but the actual rooms were decent enough. Guy at reception asked me for dinner which felt slightly unsettling haha

Love this place. I was very relaxed, all of the facilities were clean, and most of the staff was very very kind. Not the best wifi, but I didn’t find myself needing it much.

Alles gut, ich schätze, im Sommer ist es etwas voller und dann auch sozialer, nur bei mir waren nicht allzu viele Leute vor Ort und die Zimmer sind eher auf Privatsphäre ausgerichtet als auf Socializing. Ansonsten alles super, toller Garten etc :)

I enjoyed my short stay a lot. The location and the hostel itself are great. The staff is very nice as well. Great value for the price. I stayed in the 4-bed female room.

Wifi didn’t work, staff try and get hidden fees off you. Shared kitchen was bad compared to any other hostel I’ve stayed in across the world.

The Location for the price is pretty good! But I think the price should placed lower at 20-25€/night because mostly because of the cleanliness. The bed was finely prepared but the was also a lot of dust. The bathrooms smelled weard and I think it would be a great idea to clean it every once in a while with an all-purpose spray cleaner

The building was beautiful(i think it is an old church) and located great. Staff was fantastic. But I had an issue with a few things, first thing that I didn't like was that rooms 101a-e have no doors. So once you are in the building you can just walk into our rooms. And someone did. Second thing is that after a late night out I was hoping to sleep in, until at 0915 they started drilling concrete to hang a fire extinguisher. That could have waited until at least like 1030-1100.

Es como un convento viejo donde está el hostel, la ubicación es céntrica, llegas a todos lados caminando. Como se aclara en el detalle, te cobran por dejar las valijas 5 euros por pieza, tanto si llegas antes como si llegas después, y la verdad que encarece mucho eso. Si llegas antes no tienen baño en la recepción para prestarte, otro punto en contra. Tiene recepción las 24hs. Ofrece desayuno pago. Por el precio está bien, el baño estaba limpio.

Overall very good but no door on your dorm at all and the suite bathroom had no toilet paper, got in at check in and even at night still no toilet paper. Not deal breaker bc could’ve asked reception but mildly annoying

PROS: el hostel esta super bien ubicado, es facil de encontrar, es muy limpio. La cama muy comoda (amamos que tuviera espacio en el segundo piso del camarote) . El staff fue amable CONS: cobran muchas cosas por aparte: cobran por guardar la maleta antes del check in o despues del check out, cobran si no haces pre registro, por toallas, etc. las llaves del cuarto y del locker siempre hay que dejarlas en el lobby cuando sales.

This place was fantastic! Super central location, easy to access all of Florence’s sights. Very cool to be staying right behind the church too. The staff were great and very helpful. The dorms were unlike any I’ve stayed in before, so much nicer and very clean too. Would definitely recommend.

Hostel is located in heart of the Florence. General conditions of the room was ok. However conduct of the staff was not good. We travelled long way to reach hotel by 1100 hrs whereas we were supposed to check in by 1400. We requested to use rest rooms/ toilets as we were travelling since many hours. However receptionist refused to the request and answered that rest rooms can be used after check in at 1400 hrs. So we have to go out and than search for the rest rooms. Need to improve this aspect

Todo bien con el lugar solo que los huéspedes no son tan buenos, yo ya tenía mi cama, salí en la noche a divertirme y cuando regresé a dormir alguien ya estaba en mi cama y el se apoderó de dos camas, hay que educar a los huéspedes también y cuidar el olor ! Pero todo bien para lo que es está bien
