Bacpac Hostel

The hostel was reasonable and very clean. Hammersmith is an awkward part of London as a tourist, but the hostel was incredibly close to the train station which alleviated some of those issues. The main problem was the lack of lift/elevator. We had a room on the fourth floor (which would've been closer to a fifth floor in most buildings) which was difficult to carry luggage to.

I once used to enjoy going there. I have noticed, however, I’m getting the worst possible rooms lately. The window is open all night and the door was not locked when I moved in. I just pushed the door and it was open. When I came back from bathroom I tried again and the door would open without swapping the card. I have checked out at about 3 something in the morning and I was refused a refund because “the reception is closed” the person told me.

Do not stay here if you are a young traveller. This hostel is for cheap accommodation only. Didn’t see anyone under the age of 35. No common area or kitchen.

The receptionist didn't seem to know what he was doing, I don't know if it was his first day maybe. But the window in my room wouldn't close properly, i think it was broken, so I could hear all the noise from outside all night. On my floor there were only 2 showers available to me, and I had to wait around to use them. The communal space to eat was very small and full from people across the floors so I'm not sure there is enough space for everyone to eat or do work. The bed was clean though.

Nowhere as good as St christophers Berlin. All level 3 showers require a remake, Blurb boasts 24/7 desk patrol, no mention of the usual 5 min wait. 3 visits... Airton only on once. Good heating

I felt extremely uncomfortable here, given how disgusting the bathrooms were. I stayed for two nights, and the bathroom connected to my dorm, along with the ones in other halls, were never clean. There was wet toilet paper everywhere, the shower floors were dirty, and all of the drains were clogged. It was clear that this place is not as well taken care of as other hostels I've stayed in. It just really broke my experience because I felt like I couldn't bathe myself normally. The water from the ...

It's all right. Very good location for what I needed. Lots of things were broken though. The light in our bathroom, the washing machine. I chose this place specifically because it had laundry facilities and I ended up having to go somewhere else to wash. I wouldn't say not to stay here, just manage expectations. I'm sure they're doing their best. The continental breakfast was decent and had lots of protein options to load up on before my trainings each day.

They had terrible bed bugs in their dorm and the next day they cancelled all occupants bookings without any message email or call.... staff on reception had no clue about that and room was looked. Further upon raising concern it was found that our luggage was moved from our rooms without our consent. Terrible experience 💀

Unfortunately, this hostel was one of the least impressive I've ever stayed wit. The restrooms were awful,no privacy curtains on the beds, the water temp swings wildly from arctic to lava, the room had an ungodly stench, and staff were coming in at all hours of the night for reasons beyond me. The only saving grace to this hostel was Sharifa, the receptionist. This is my last tome ever staying with a St. Christopher's Inn, as no matter which property I go to they just cant seem to get it right.

I enjoyed my stay here & would stay again if I’m back in town, good location next to the train, easy to find. The staff is very helpful & I felt safe & comfortable here.

My entire stay was ruined by the fact the staff switched the heating off (I know they do this to save money). They only put this back on because several other travellers complained it's not on. They initially told us it was broken. It clearly wasn't. Heating is a basic amenity that everybody expects when it is so cold. You cannot just switch it off when it suits you for whatever reason. To top that you have people being rude to you about the situation.

kind, helpful, staff like Isa were very flexible,it wasa great location and I didn't realize that it's located in a sports bar and club that goes late! Would recommend

I stayed in a 9 bed female room. The room and bathroom were clean. The curtains on the beds are a nice touch for privacy (not all rooms offer that option). The hostel is right in front of the metro station with easy access to Heathrow Airport. There is no kitchen in this hostel and the common area was very small unless you want to hang out in the bar downstairs.

O hostel é muito bom, mas a companhia é um pouco duvidosa! O bar restaurante é sem dúvidas, um toque muito importante. Parabéns! A cama é muito confortável.

It was my first time staying in a hostel, and considering the price, I think it's pretty good, and I'd do it again. I slept in a 9-person dorm with only women, and I felt safe and slept well. Of course, you have to accept that it's not like a hotel and you have to make concessions but it's enough for sleeping and showering. Moreover the metro station is very near and there are fast food and places to buy food inside. As a student the price was very attractive.

great location for me. staff were very friendly. the bathrooms on my level were gross but its hard when the heatings on so often and toilets/bathrooms don’t have proper airflow

Arrived with relaxed expectations. Found blood splatter on my bedsheets upon arrival. Found a stranger's used bandaids in bedspread after 2 days in. Dorm rooms were often open and unlocked. No kitchen. Only micro and tea kettle. Kettle filled with white, flaking, gooey, mold. Cleaning staff responded, more annoyed than anything else. Clogged toilets often found on each floor. Decent beds. Humid room. Near busy street, but restful. Cheap, terrible, stay. Challenged what I'm willing to experience.

Brauchbare Unterkunft für kurze Zeit. Das Zimmer im Mixed Dorm, war mäßig gelüftet. Aber alles an notwendiger Ausstattung war vorhanden.
