Jacko’s hospitality at reception was exceptional, great facilities and culture around the hostel.

Great staff. Always felt safe. Made it cheap and easy to enjoy London - jacko the manager really sets the tone

Loved it you meet a lot of people the staff is very charming and polite. We met Dani an spanish volunteer that helped us a lot. Love the mix of countries you found

Hectar was amazing

Ostello davvero ottimo e ragazzi fantastici! Ostello pulito e in una posizione molto comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Big Ben. Atmosfera molto accogliente e giovanile, i ragazzi davvero molto bravi e coinvolgenti, in particolare Jacko e Amelio! Molte attività serali con i ragazzi dell’ostello per fare amicizia che sicuramente non ti faranno annoiare!

Staff, vibe, experience, people was all fantastic. Super fun week in London. Showers could use an upgrade and unfortunately no curtains on beds. Jacko is king

This was my first time staying at a hostel, so I was honestly a bit nervous going in. But this place completely exceeded my expectations. They even gave me a free upgrade so I could have my own room for the first night, which was really nice of them. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and the other guest were just as friendly. It was a very social and comfortable vibe. The staff even cooked dinner for anyone who signed up and organized games/nights out!

Great staff, good distance for sightseeing, and activities! Love the safety and responsiveness of reception. Beds absolutely need curtains at minimum though.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! Great location, super clean, and an amazing atmosphere. The group activities make it really easy to meet people and create a true family vibe — perfect for solo travelers. Huge shoutout to Hector, Josh, Thomás, Kate, and the whole staff for being so welcoming and fun. They truly make the experience special. I had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

amazing location, clean hostel with comfortable beds, breakfast dinner, coffee (very important) however the atmosphere and staff push this place past a 10 star rating, I wish I could give them 12/10!! Walking tours during the day, group dinners in the hostel, drinking games before heading out all together to go for drinks. the staff weren't just friendly and didn't just go above and beyond to help, they were all genuinely really cool funny people that I loved getting to know during my brief time

Place is great, rooms are cleanly, all the staff here are great, big shoutout to hector, max, jacko and Issac, only things that could use a bit of work would be curtains on the bunks and new shower heads, place still gets a 10/10 from me tho
