Great hostel in a good area of the city. Handy for St Pancreas and Euston stations.

Strange place. We arrived and the floor was wet with disinfectant. We had a private room, someone no idea who. Opened the Door and popped their head in and seen us and scurried off?? If it wasn't for the good location the hostel and a good bar it doesn't have much going for it. One of the poorest hostels I have stayed at. I would recommend a hotel on the outside of London and use the Underground to get in. Same price much nicer!

My sister and I stayed for two nights in April in a four bed female dorm. The bathrooms were disgusting and only one per floor. There were 13-17 years olds running down the halls all hours of the night screeching at the top of their lungs. Security guards were extremely rude. Terrible atmosphere. Terrible staff. Terrible time. DO NOT STAY at this hostel.

Terrible, el personal que atiende es demasiado desagradable, los baños quedan lejísimos de las habitaciones, hay niños jugando pelota en los pasillos, el ambiente super pésimo sobre todo por el personal

Soy de Chile 🇨🇱 Me gustó mucho, según precio calidad, está en una buena ubicación, el personal muy atento. Cuando llegue mi cobertor estaba sucio y pedí que lo cambiarán, fue un chico muy amable y me limpio toda la cama otra vez. Los baños podrían mejorar, pero siempre me tocaron limpios. Volvería nuevamente.

L'auberge est très agréable et réconfortante, elle dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et des bonnes soirées sur place. Personnel plutôt sympathique mais pas toujours en mesure de donner des bons conseils/recommendations sur les restaurants alentours. Les douches et les toilettes sont le point faible de l'auberge : entre les portes qui ne ferment pas, les pommeaux de douche qui fuient, les douches sans lumières et celles sans eau chaude, prendre une douche est...

Très bon emplacement. Sanitaires à refaire car vieux et pas très fonctionnels, mais nettoyés très souvent. Chambres fonctionnelles mais petites. Personnel sympa. Auberge sécurisée, gardée et entrée avec pass le soir. Bon rapport qualité prix au vu de l'emplacement.

4 broken showers and disgusting bathrooms. Location was alright and the lobby was cool, but aside from that it was pretty rough. There are better places to stay with better prices

The hostel has an amazing location. Unfortunately, we had 4 fire alarms (between 23:00 and 1:00) in 3 nights. Additionally, we had school kids (age 14-18) who were very loud until 0:00 (shouting in the hallway). Especially the first night, we felt as if nothing was done to prevent this. The second and third night were only slightly better. Also the supervisors of the kids didn't really seamed to care (but of course we know that this is not the fault of Generator).

A good stay, the common area/bar is really nice and does have people milling around, the games etc make the space feel more unique and fun too. Rooms were nice, but the showers lacked privacy as the stall opened straight onto the shared bathroom, making it very difficult to grab your towel and get changed, there was also nowhere to leave your things. A big downside to this stay. There is a cost for luggage storage here fyi. Otherwise quite happy. Underground, Tesco and nice parks very close by.

There was only one bathroom stall nearby our room, otherwise it was quite a far walk to the closest bathroom. The rooms were clean and well kept, but the lockers to keep your stuff under the beds were a bit hard to access, some of them were missing entirely. The shower I used was see through, the water never got warm, And there was no area to change (the shower itself was extremely small). I wish the layout was a bit better, and maybe organized activities considering how large the hostel is.

Amazing place!!

Room was tiny and wasn’t properly cleaned, had to go down a floor to use a bathroom that was always busy/dirty. Showers didn’t drain properly so was standing in inches of water and others filth while it “drained” into one communal drain that was clogged with hair and who knows what.

Es wäre durchaus in Ordnung gewesen, wären nicht zeitgleich Riesengruppen an Schülern untergebracht gewesen. Das Hostel ist deisem Ansturm weder organisatorich noch mit der Einrichtung gewachsen.

I think overall the property is in a good location, offers games, food and a bar. I’m very disappointed and unhappy with my stay as I have walked away from it with six bites from bed bugs on my body. They are very irritated and sore. I can’t find a way to contact them other than at reception. Other then that the rooms where fine but I don’t think that bed bugs is acceptable.
