    This place is pretty cool. It’s in a park so it takes about 15 minutes to walk here from the station. There’s a side gate you need to use to enter. I did get bitten both nights I stayed there in room 112b on bed F, but the bites didn’t stay long. So maybe it’s fleas instead of bedbugs.

    There were bedbugs in the room, the bathrooms were disgusting and the atmosphere was not nice. The worst hostel experience I have ever had. Do not stay here, it’s not worth it

    literally the weirdest place, hidden in a park, sketchy, coyotes around, the rooms and bathrooms are GROSS and i’m 99% there are bedbugs bc i have bites

    BE CAREFUL THERE ARE BEDBUGS!!! now i have bites all over my body, also, the washrooms are nasty!! The location is good but the cleaning is BAD! so If you dont want to get bedbugs bites dont stay here. There are a lot of grown men instead of youth people as it said

    No bed bugs but a bit disappointing. An impressive historical building in a nice part of London. The rooms was drab and smelled. Poor ventilation. The curtains didn't close so woke at 6am to sunlight. When I mentioned this to reception, they didn't believe me and said I'd have to pay to switch beds. Showers are also a bit grim. Ended up staying at a different hostel for my last few nights.

    Bedbugs in Room – Avoid Until Issue Is Resolved! Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at Safestay Kensington. After my first night in Lo don at this Hostel, I woke up with multiple swollen, painful bites all over my body. Clear signs of a bedbug infestation. When I informed the staff, they confirmed that there had been previous complaints and refunded me for the nights I didn’t stay, but they could not offer me a different room.     Excellent few nights stay, staff were very polite and friendly. Very clean and tidy. No bed bugs unlike the Bellhouse hostel.( No stats)..

    It was the worst experience I had in a long time. We had bedbugs all over our bags and then stiches on our whole body !! The staff didn’t provide us another bed or solution. The itching and this disgusting experience ruined the whole trip.

    BED BUGS!!!! Do NOT stay here! I found bed bugs in the bedding and mattress as soon as I got into bed. I informed reception and they had no other beds available- which seemed ridiculous to not even have a spare bed for emergencies. I ended up sleeping on the floor of the dorm room with no pillow or blanket. The bathrooms and showers were also rank, and the vibe feels generally not safe for solo female travellers. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

    The manager , Elmer, was drunk in mid day and very rude , complete rude, mean in fact, and did nothing to make up for being tortured by bed bugs and mocked me.

    I can’t sleep all night because my bed was full of bedbugs . I complain in the reception in the morning and the laughs about and I send me back to the same bed I have to put all my clothes in the rubbish. Really bad experience

    The place wasn’t clean, especially toilets and showers (toilets were always blocked) and the others guests weren’t very respectful and were very noisy. My pass stopped working few times, and the worst of it I had bed bug in my first room !! I don’t know if they resolved the problem but in 10 nights I had to change of bedroom three times and in two of them we had one toilet and one shower for 15 people. I won’t go back in this place that for sure.
