Fantastic stay, great staff. Walking distance of the hotspots and a couple of minutes from the underground station. We will be back!

I want to rate it worse. Nothing in description hinted we wouldn’t get the free dinner if we showed up at a later time (6 pm) but that’s what happened. They put me and my wife in separate dorms despite us booking at the same time with the same last name. We never even had the ability to do it manually in the booking process. And then there are the dorms themselves. UNGODLY hot, very small and uncomfortable, and no privacy curtains. Save yourself a hellish night and sleep ANYWHERE else.

Great place tucked round the corner from Oxford street. Great facilities and amenities. Rooms are nice and warm with fresh linen provided. I will definitely be back!

honestly guys.. the location is solid. but there are bed bugs and when I approached the dude at the reception about them.. he said there's nothing he can do, that all the beds have them and I have a choice "to be a man" and sleep in that bed and then began giving a hypothetical allegory comparing the situation to if I had a daughter on the other side of the world I needed to see. it was absolutely ridiculous but it's cheapest in London and everyone else was chill. free tea

Clean showers

I’ve come out of this place with bites from bed Bugs all over me, my bed had 2 steps missing to get to my top bunk bed, overall didn’t feel like a hostel rather felt like a shelter

Stylish Characterful place at a very good location

Top spot for location and local attractions. 2 mins walk to all restaurants, supermarkets. Always warm and friendly, top bunks, clean sheets daily, nice soaps and toileteries. Breakfast for £3, this is a sight sing paradise, the price you pay, gets you top spot location, central london, paddington marylebone oxford street marble arch. Its all on your door stop. The safest place to stay in london. Good work Norbert and Angus

Dirty place

Horrible place if I could give it a lower rating I would. Not safe for women. Super dirty super creepy. 15 beds in a room the size of a bathroom. No outlets in the room. Luggage storage was dirty but also open to everyone and a lot of homeless were living in the hostel. Took one look at the room and left. Do not book this place genuinely not worth your money I found a hotel on bookington.com for $10 less than this place and with great conditions.

I stayed for a few hours and that was too much. I,didn't feel very comfortable. The patrons were, no disrespect, of a questionable variety. The smell was not the freshest. I do not recommend especially not for female travelers, solo or otherwise.

In a good hostel, lighting and at the very least two sockets to plug in phones or laptop are provided for each and every bed. This is not the fault of the staff in this bistel, but the owner. Whoever he/she is, they clearly does not care to spend that little extra for the convenience and comfortability of their guests. I would like to stress I see no major problem that can be attributed to the service provided. The staff here can only work with what they have. There are not enough showers either
