Great place, friendly vibes! :) nice interior a gem in the centre of London!
Loved our stay at the bell! We wanted to save some moneys on accommodation so we could do more in London and it was the best decision. We Got to know some fellow Brazilian travellers down at the bar. The staff were great with lots of local knowledge on where to go out! Clean hostel and does the job!
Kind friendly faces all around the hostel, great convos and nice space to socialise downstairs! Located near an array of restaurants and plenty to visit by foot. Highly recommend! Beds were much more comfortable than other hostels I have stayed in.

I booked a 5 bed room, but was presented with a 9 bed room, for no reason at all. The hostel is beyond dirty and moldy. The atmosphere is creepy. The toilets and showers are disgusting. Avoid.
My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and moved between 3 rooms. The rooms are quite small but the private bunk bed and 6 bed room were nice however don’t recommend the 12 bed as much as it was quite cramped but was honestly still okay. However, I felt completely safe the entire time and the staff were absolutely fabulous (shout out kelvin). The location was also amazing and would honestly say it was worth it for just that if nothing else. Overall would recommend!!
Great staff, friendly and approachable, really create a welcoming vibe! Beds are very comfortable and at such an affordable price, great way to cut costs and enjoy more of London, I will definitely be back! Thanks guys :)

My score says 2,6, yet I feel more this is a 2. Like it is not bad that there are cockroaches, bedbugs or lice, but when 2 avid travelers both agree this is the worst hostel they have ever stayed in it is bad. One of my friends didn't even want to check in and descided she prefered to stay at Cambridge and travel that entire distance every day. She thought it was way to grim. That was the word I was looking for when I said that if this hostel was a movie it would be Trainspotting.
Everything's fine. The only thing is, you need a microwave. Because in the morning, there should be warm milk porridge with cereal.
We got traumatized. Probably the worst hostel in London. Everything is covered in thick layers of mold and dirt. The staff is always drunk. People can walk into your room even if you have booked the whole room for yourself and the staff refuses to change the code in the door. Avoid this place at all cost!
Pleasee take housekeeping more seriously. There’s bed bug, the toilet and showers are disgusting. I dont feel safe at all for the whole 2 nights

The place is good to crash for a few nights. The main issue is cleanliness. The toilets are always dirty and smell terrible, and the showers aren’t very clean either. I would recommend this place if you want to save money, but be aware that the facilities are not in very good condition.
Overall happy due to price , location , 24hr checkin, clean bathrooms, had good sleep, one staff in latenight very helpful. Disappointed by a lack of microwave, no tea bags/coffee powder, smelly room due to other people living, my locker door had issues unless its locked, i found it open. I stayed in 6 bed female dorm.
The staffd were excellent, especially Kevin, who was very pleasant and helpful. I felt safe during my stay, and it was a great place to get a good night’s sleep.”
The staff is great and the location is central. The downside is the people who stay there. It’s hard to sleep with loud chats, people turning on the main light in the bedroom, drunk and trying to get a fight. One night I heard until 2 AM a guy yelling homophobic slurs about “let’s take him out of here, let him sleep on the street” with his dog barking until around 2 AM. His female friend asking him to go home and a guy trying to get him to stop. I couldn’t get a decent night sleep.
