Service is lacking. Hostel is located in a locked courtyard which requires a code to enter. No code was sent upon booking or given at check it so it is very possible to get locked out. Staff speaks no English, room was very cold. No lockers or any sort of security inside the hostel.
Excellent. Only glitch was not getting gate code after reservation, but we bridged language via phone on arrival.
