Great property but the reception wasn't open once while I was there and it was off putting. I wasn't aware that they did self check in so I was worried when I got there and no one was at reception and they wouldn't answer the emergency phone number.

+ Friendliness of the staff, the lady at the reception gave us a great description of Cahuita and Limon!
- I don't know. For the money I think everything was good enough, I wouldn't expect more. Clean enough bathrooms, bed was by far more comfortable than other places I've stayed in.
+ Schön gelegen in einem schönen Garten, Gemeinschaftsbad sehr sauber.
- Einzelzimmer sehr stickig und voller Moskitos und nicht sauber (Polster, Laken, Boden). Personal nicht hilfreich. Auf den Hinweis, dass der Raum voll Insekten ist, gab es nur die Aussage, dass ich den Ventilator anlassen soll und die Tür auf machen soll. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht und komplett zerstochen, dann Aufenthalt abgebrochen und kein Geld zurückgekriegt.

+ Todo estaba muy bien organizado, te daban locker y llave para el, toalla y tenías una pizarra con tu nombre. Me dejaron hacer el check in un poco más tarde. En general la atención fue excelente
