Der Preis und die Leistungen stimmten nicht überein. Die Bilder auf den Plattformen versprachen ein sehr sauberes und modernes Hostel. Es war runtergekommen bei vielen Punkten und erinnerte an eine Mallorca Klassenfahrt Hostelubrerkunft.

The Generator is clearly trying to be trendy and high end for a hostel and at its beginning it probably was, but it has clearly lost its stride with maintenance and cleanliness. Security was good and beds were clean, but the overall room felt a bit grungy and the bathroom shower was pretty dirty. Of the two sinks in our room, the drain was completely clogged in one and the drain stopper missing in the other, and the faucet was wobbly. Only one shower was usable, the other was broken.

Staff set me up with the wrong bed, got woken up and kicked out of my bed at 3AM. Worst night of sleep. Everything feels and smells dirty.

One of the best hostels in the city

El hostel está bien. No está perfectamente ubicado, ni tampoco horriblemente ubicado. La zona no tiene actividad nocturna, por ende lo que cierra más tarde en las inmediaciones es el Tesco, que cierra a las 22. En relación a la limpieza, nunca vimos que hayan ingresado a la habitación a limpiar el baño. En cuanto a el ambiente en el hostel está medio muerto. There were two 70 year old guys staying in the dorm room, one on crutches and one who had a walking frame. the one on the walking frame kept falling over. one of those times he fell over in the bathroom and wet himself on the floor. So disgusting and such a disgrace. I also had to look after him my emtire stay which ruined my entire stay. He is known to the hostrl yet this keeps on happening. The hostel have not responded to my complaint. Please do yourself a favour and don't stay here.

Overal a lot to do Not the greatest atmosphere but it was ok still. But i have to say the hallways and rooms are pretty smelly

If I could give 0 stars I would. Greeted at the door by a lobby that smells of chemicals, then charged to store my bag. In the bathroom only 3 of the stalls lock, the toilets leak water out of the bottom after every flush and were usually very gross. Showers had similar level of cleanliness and clogged drains. My bed sheet had a rubber film that was peeling off and my sheets were stained. The room smelled horrible. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever slept in my life

Overall good for the price, the location was good a 12 min walk to temple bar and around that area, staff was really nice and the facilites were clean and nice, bed and room were good, I would book it again for sure

All good and fantastic but I tried to extend my stay and it was too expensive

I stayed 5 days and it wasn’t worth it Most of the bathrooms were filthy, broken or the lock didn’t work The bed is the size of a tictac, I got people banging on my door at 3 am constantly For the price, it’s not worth it, maybe if you just want to stay a day.and just wanna place to sleep but even so, get other accommodation

Very bad place to stay

Ostello carino. A 20 minuti dal centro a piedi (troppi visto che è piccola Dublino). Non c’erano le tendine, che era l’unico motivo per cui avevo prenotato questo ostello. Inutilmente costoso

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Food/drink prices and lack of self-serving kitchen facilities are annoying, but otherwise satisfied with my stay there.
