Le personnel est très gentil mais quasiment jamais là et ne répondent pas par WhatsApp. L’établissement était très sale ils ont laissé les draps des autres occupants dans la chambre sur les autres lits, la salle de bains était immonde, pas de couverture pas de rideau et pas de prise et pas de quoi ranger ses affaires. Je pense que le lieu a vraiment du potentiel car c’est une maison mais je suis très surprise des avis positifs qui m’avaient poussé à réserver et j’ai été tr�...

The continental breakfast served in the mornings is decent, but inconsistent (stale pastry) Private room was a good size with good A/C and the bed was comfortable. hot water was good when working but inconsistent. Also a bit of a smell coming from drain at times, even with drain cover. Also worth noting our room wasn’t cleaned or bins emptied during 3 night stay, kitchen was often messy & staff difficult to find. Communal areas are nice inc big kitchen and a nice garden. Overall good value

Très bon accueil, on se sent vraiment comme à la maison, c est comme un hostel mais dans une grande maison. La jeune fille qui s'occupe des hôtes a été fantastique malgré toutes ses tâches quotidiennes. Et le petit déjeuner semblait copieux. Bien dormis, la clim fonctionne bien et le quartier était calme.

Mi estancia en el Hostal Paqui fue increíble. La relación precio-calidad es inmejorable: habitaciones cómodas y con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Pero lo que realmente destaca es el trato del personal: cercano, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. ¡Se nota que se preocupan por los huéspedes! Sin duda, repetiría y lo recomiendo 100%

Not a bad hostel, but it was the only hostel listed on in the city of Chihuahua. So no other options for that. Not a great location for greeting around, but it’s in an upper middle class neighborhood, so pretty safe. It’s a large house converted into a hostel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Also, it’s listed as 10 out of 10 with 144 reviews which is unheard of… so I checked. I didn’t see a single 10 score for last several reviews so, not sure how they are doing it.

I'd only stay here again if I had no other option. The hostel is very far away from the center, and it did not feel very safe walking there. Also there's no atmosphere at all - mainly friends of the owner are staying there for a longer time and not many travelers. Staff was not very helpful (although friendly), and facilities are very very basic. Cleanliness was okay. Don't expect a typical backpacker's hostel. Price definitely not worth it for what you get.

The hostel is very cosy with a nice living room, a very well equipped kitchen and a garden to chill. Booked a dorm room and got upgraded to a private. Angel, the host, was so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend it!

Amazing staff, I arrived quite late due to a bus mixup and they were very accommodating, they even put me in a private room for the first night so as not to wake anyone in the dorm! The kitchen has everything you need, the free breakfast was great, and it’s a block away from a large supermarket. The only downside for me is that there’s no public transport nearby, had to walk 45 minutes to the centre to catch one to the bus terminal, but that shouldn’t be a problem if use taxis or ride serv...

Hostel was OK but I booked a bed in a dorm room but was put in a tiny room with 2 beds with no room for my bag so paid extra for a private room. Location was ok. About a 30 minute walk to the centre.

en una de las mejore4s zonas de la ciudad capital del estado de chihuahua muy agradable el ambiente, es como estar en casa.
